I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The issues were brought up to the attention of the management... no effort to make it right.... The pastry we ordered was clearly old, having been kept in the refrigerator for far too long. The cream had separated, and the whole dessert tasted like the refrigerator, which is definitely not what we expected for $15. At that price, we anticipated the quality of a true French pastry, but this was far from it. The salad that came with our meal was also very old, almost degrading, and it affected the taste of the kebab beside it. It’s the restaurant’s responsibility to monitor the freshness and quality of what they serve, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. I don’t mind paying for quality food, but I don’t feel it’s fair to charge these prices for food that isn’t fresh. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I have tried many Persian restaurants in Paris, but this one stands out far beyond the others. I had the Ghormeh Sabzi there, and it was one of the most delicious versions I've ever had, even compared to those in Iran. Their Kashke Bademjan was fantastic, and the kebabs were carefully marinated, tender, and truly comparable to those in Iran. Great job to the Shabestan managers and staff! You’ve successfully brought a taste of Iran to Paris!

We wanted to book a dinner with live music After making a reservation on the website for a special occasion, we arrived at the restaurant only to be told that reservations needed to be made differently and we couldn’t get a table in the special area we had planned for. To make matters worse, the waitress was incredibly rude and showed no effort to accommodate our request. On top of all this, the food was extremely disappointing—dry and lacking flavor. This was, without a doubt, one of my worst experiences with Iranian cuisine. Never again, and absolutely not recommended.

The food was amazing, so delicious as if you were back in Tehran, the service was top and the staff were all super friendly. My parents, my son and I were all really happy to have visited this restaurant on our trip to Paris.
