Although we eventually got in, it felt more like the doormen were doing us a favor. Their attitude was  rude and curt. I expected a bit of respect given the club’s reputation, but instead, we were treated like an afterthought, as if our presence was an inconvenience.

It was disappointing to experience such a rudeness at the very threshold of a place renowned for its underground vibe. We deserve to be treated with basic respect, especially when we’ve waited in line and paid our entry fee.

Berghain changed my life for the best. I made the best friends in the world that I see often and it made me discover a new passion about music. It won’t be the same for everybody, but I definitely lived an epiphany over there. Crowd and ambiance are the best in the world, sound system is phenomenal (you can speak normally and the person in front of you will understand you while you hear the sound everywhere equally). I still get rejected sometimes but I don’t mind. Once you get in once, if you belong there, it will change your life.

Was lucky enough on the second try get a bouncer that matched my energy/vibe and we had a fun interaction/talk.

I was dressed in black “hoka one one clifton 6” shoes, a dark blue shiny rain coat from “Tretorn” and tight black  runners short’s.

Honestly it was enjoyable to just wander around and enjoy the venue, definitely some very cool artwork.
The staff selling ice cream were super friendly and nice!

I would probably not queue again since the rejection rate is so high, but if you haven’t been I would say that you should at least try to queue once in your life.

Don’t take it too personally if you get rejected it doesn’t reflect your value as a human being, some bouncers will vibe with you and some will not.

The entrance price has nearly doubled in just three years, which is far above the inflation rate in Germany!
Sadly, it’s impossible to get a mocktail at Panorama — not ideal if you’re going there on a Sunday morning. That said, the ambiance is still great.

Only saw Pano on Friday but I think your best bet to get in is to exist in some music based culture for most of your life, preferably electronic, and preferably techno. After reading many of these comments about the door policy and seeing the crowd inside I can confirm that door policy seems to be working.
