I had an EXCEPTIONAL stay The concierge went above and beyond, helping me make phone calls to track down my lost passport, which I truly appreciated during a stressful situation. The bellboy was also very friendly and helpful, and the front desk staff made check-in a breeze. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping was top-notch and kept everything in perfect order with super nice amenities. The hotel is located in a beautiful park area, close to everything. Overall, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made my stay unforgettable (pd. lobby brownies are to die for) Highly recommend! Thank you so much

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel—it’s perfect for exploring the city! The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast situation could be better. The waiting times in the morning were longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient. If this could be improved, the experience would be flawless. Overall, I’d still highly recommend this hotel for a city trip!

The Pillows is a new contemporary boutique hotel in an upscale residential area of Amsterdam, away from the bustle of downtown. Nevertheless, it is only 10 minutes by car from Dam Square.

The Pillows Hotel is ideal for those seeking a more serene experience. The hotel boasts very high service standards rivalling most of the established luxury hotels of Amsterdam.

Rooms are rather small but beautifully appointed, with top quality furnishings and finishes.

Rooms are plush, warm and cozy, with exceptional bedding and bathrooms. You should try to secure a suite or a room with a park view.

Food is exceptional at both restaurants, along with top service. The hotel welcomes regular locals, making up for a more authentic vibe which is less touristy.

What an amazing experience! Everyone could get a lesson in customer service from this establishment! They make sure your stay in everything you would hope for. A special shout out to the team at the bar! The cocktails were amazing and the the staff was great- have travelled the world and this was one of my most favorite bar experience!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Truly an unforgettable experience from the second you enter to when you leave. The staff makes you feel like royalty with their service. We absolutely loved the truffle chips upon arrival. I mean seriously, every staff member was kind and helpful. I will suggest this hotel to anyone I know traveling to The Netherlands. One of my favorite hotels FOR SURE. We love Pillows, thank you so much!
