Staff was very kind during our stay, and catered to any wants or needs. We got great recommendations for places to explore, and got some complementary wine and cheese when we checked in. The breakfast each morning was amazing, I already miss it. Would 100% recommend staying here when visiting Lisbon. I spend about 5 nights here with my partner, and we were happy that we stayed longer at this location versus hopping around elsewhere. It's very central to restaurants, public transportation, etc. We could easily get to pharmacies and mini marks for any essentials.

Visited during late February and had a wonderful time, the breakfast provided, the staff, the room, and the location was great! Couple things to note:
-There’s construction nearby that’s worked on from Mon to Fri, but we stayed during the weekend and heard nothing.
-We were in a ground floor room near reception and where they serve breakfast, so expect some noise once they start their breakfast service at 8am, which wasn’t a problem for us since we were early risers. Also the hotel is right beside a bar that had a band play in the evening on the weekends that could be heard from our room, but their set usually finished before 10 pm which was fine by us.

Great and friendly service, the rooms are very clean and you have varied breakfast. The location is absolutely insane. You can reach most of the important spots by foot.

I stayed at Lisbon Cheese & Wine Suites last week, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable — I barely slept. Even worse, the motion sensor lighting in the hallway remained on throughout the night, shining directly into my room even though I had the curtain closed. We were told the lights would shut off on a timer. I mentioned it to the staff and they said maintenance would look into it, but nothing was changed. It was incredibly disruptive.

Additionally, there seemed to be some kind of party or loud event at the building next door, and I could hear music blaring until 4 AM. It made for a very frustrating night. I understand this is not the fault of the hotel just something to be aware of if it’s a constant weekend party.

The breakfast in the morning was nothing to write home about. It was very mediocre, and honestly, I would recommend going to a local restaurant.

Overall, not a pleasant experience. Would not return.

From booking in till the check in the contact was very efficient, I was contacted by message before check and the service of the reception staff is outstanding/polite. The staff on our arrival gave us a warm welcome, showed us to our room, explained everything we needed to know and wished us a good stay. Breakfast showcases the quality of food and freshness of the local products and offers options for everyone.
