Great boutique hotel with fantastic roof terrace looking straight over the Setas. Small pool area which was clean. We had a modern basic  ground floor room in the new part, rather than in the main building. Nice shower and comfy bed. Staff helpful, cocktails great. Excellent location for short break to Seville, but a 10min walk from the parking.

We were excited to stay here after reading the positive reviews, however, this was not a good experience.

Paid nearly $450 for three nights and honestly can say it is not worth it and fails to meet the ‘4-star’ quality.

The walls are paper thin to the point of hearing other guests conversations in rooms next door. Weird. Stomping and slamming was loud throughout as well. You better be a heavy sleeper if trying to rest here.

The rooms are clean, however, like others have stated: no where to put your things!

The shower is the main attraction in the room since it replicated a steam shower which was great.

Location was great and convenient, however, it does get very crowded around this area at night.

Restaurant is another highlight and had great bites/drinks open til late in case you arrive tardy. Rooftop views are unreal.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the grounds are very clean but the rooms need major improvement with sound proofing and setup for luggage.

We visited at the beginning of November and loved the hotel. The location is great, as you can easily walk into the old town and across the river. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was great, really happy with everything in it. We didn't eat a main meal at the hotel but loved the breakfasts. Option of a freshly cooked component, plus endless fruit, cereals, hams etc. It would be easy to over do it! Roof garden was great for a last drink before bed. The hotel also booked a flamenco show for us which was amazing. Pura Esencia. If we visit Seville again, we won't be looking for a different hotel.

Was so excited to stay here, first night was fantastic. After that the room became infested with ants. So bad that the final night of our stay we woke up with ants in our bed.

Ants INSIDE the fridge, eating the snacks they sell, and getting into the coffee and tea they provide.

This was in January…. Maybe consider a different hotel especially during warmer months.

My stay at Hotel des Indies was a mix of positives and disappointments. The check-in process was smooth, I enjoyed the modern rooms, and the rooftop bar stood out with its amazing ambiance and views. The hotel’s central location in Seville is also a big plus, with many attractions within walking distance.

However, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Despite needing fresh sheets due to menstrual stains, they were not changed for three nights. When I raised this with the reception manager, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told it was impossible, which was both unprofessional and frustrating.

While the location and amenities are excellent, the lack of proper housekeeping and poor handling of complaints were unacceptable. I recommend being vigilant about cleanliness if you choose to stay here.
