While reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried about our booking but it definitely exceeded our expectations and it was one of the best 1 star michelin restaurants we have been to, especially if you look at price vs quality. Amazing local food and wine and exceptional service! We really enjoyed our dinner!

Tasty food but all in all I would describe it as generic 1 star cuisine. Great from a craftsmanship perspective but it did not feel special towards the balleares. Could have been in any city. Staff was great, location was a good hotel.

From start to finish it was all amazing - the food and all extras courses tasted amazing, and quality of the food was really special. The service was also very good, friendly and attentive throughout. Me and my partner both had a cocktail each and were simply just asked, sweet or citrus - we had one each and were both great. And afterwards a taxi was called for us back to our hotel - highly recommended experience.

A great culinary experience at restaurant Marc Fosh! The service was excellent, attentive and friendly. My personal favorite besides the thoughtful dishes was the sommelier and the wine pairing to each course. I will be definitely back next time I am in Palma.

When we visited for dinner, we were greeted by Mike who was so hospitable and welcoming. There were only five covers in the restaurant that night, which was a Tuesday.
Inside, the decor is light with neutral touches that reminds us of the beach had the sea. The focal point in the back area is a water feature wall.
The meal was lovely, we opted for the menu with the two additional dishes and everything was delicious.
I really enjoyed the first bites which whet our appetites. The sorpressata was also delicious and served with bread and a fragrant sea salt from the island.
The lobster ice cream with almond soup was so creative and amazing! Also the Tuna and the fish with the tomato.
