I placed an order in October to be shipped to Australia - I have emailed them and they have not come back to with further information regarding the tracking - I am now requesting a refund and waiting to hear as this is not acceptable customer service!!! They should not be ignoring me - they should be updating me and I should be their priority to get this painting delivered to me or at least give me some answers!!!! Be aware

There are sooo many art-objects and paintings of all kinds, that you need to take your time to see everything 😍

It seems like I talked to old friends, not employees 😅
The staff here communicates in a variety of languages, so I was pleasantly surprised, when they spoke to me in my native language
