In our 7-day trip in Barcelona, this was easily one of our best food experiences. The culmination of the dinner were the paccheri - they are really stunning and you should take them in any case, just taste them. It doesn’t get better in Italy (frankly). The staff was very attentive and welcoming. Each dish was tasty - each of them were flavour-bombs. We had asparagus, mushroom, deep sea fish and the paccheri - when I come back to Barcelona I will happily eat all of them again!

I loved the lunch experience here! All the dishes were so nicely presented, the flavours were unique and well crafted, and the conversation with the friendly staff and detailed explanations on the wines and dishes added great value to the experience :) Thank you so much!

I have one small feedback though - we could hear a chef yelling to another chef in the kitchen (at least it looked like…) and it was not very nice experience for guests 😅

We wanted an upmarket but still comfortable experience and Deliri delivered. Hugo was fantastic all night and made sure we were looked after. We left our wine selections in his hands and he helpfully explained anything on the menu that we were unsure of. The food was all excellent.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. Our server was helpful and knowledgeable, with just the right amount of humour. Extra special touch was the chef delivering one course himself and chatting with him at the end of our meal. We left completely satisfied and in the perfect delicious food haze! The chocolate, oil and salt dessert is a must try!

I recently visited Deliri, a restaurant in Barcelona, with a group of five people on a Saturday evening. While I had heard good things about this place, our overall experience was quite disappointing.

The food itself was decent, but considering the price we paid, we expected more in terms of taste. The presentation was good. The portion sizes were quite small, and the plates were priced relatively high. Additionally, the staff didn't clear our plates or cutlery between dishes.

As for the atmosphere, Deliri is a small, intimate space with a limited number of tables. However, the air conditioning was too cold, and despite telling the staff two or three times, it was not adjusted, making the experience uncomfortable. Moreover, the open door contributed to the chilly atmosphere. The dishes were brought out relatively quickly, without any breaks, which didn't allow for a leisurely dining experience.

The service in general was friendly, but not particularly engaging or attentive to our needs. The staff's language skills were inadequate, as they had difficulty understanding English. This created confusion and miscommunication. Moreover, the staff seemed to lack proper training. For instance, they cleared our dishes while some of us were still eating, and our waiter smashed a wine glass on the table. Accidents happen, but I have never witnessed this before in a restaurant setting.

The wine menu was limited, and they didn't have two reasonably priced red wines from the list, leaving us with only one or two affordable options. Other wines were priced at €100 and above, which was disappointing for those of us who wanted a more moderately priced wine.

Lastly, our waiter didn't follow standard wine-serving protocol, such as allowing us to taste the wine before pouring it for the whole table. These oversights, along with the other issues mentioned, made for a subpar dining experience.

Unfortunately, the value for money at Deliri is too low. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant for a special night out or a group dinner. There are many other options in Barcelona that will offer a better dining experience for the same or a lower price.
