After a year of living here I've decided to change my review. Karma is one of the best underrated bars in Barcelona.

The staff are great. They treat you really well, prices are pretty standard for plaza real but the atmosphere is special. I've met so many great friends through this place and it's become a home away from home for me.

Musically it's great. It's a mix of anything from the 60s to 00's but it's always exactly what you want to hear after a couple of pints. Dance floor is air conditioned which is a blessing in the summer, the door staff are really sound and there's no entry charge.

I generally finish my nights here and honestly I feel bad about judging it so early, it's a really welcoming place to go.

This was simply nice nightlife. The variety of venues was good. The atmosphere was great. The safety was excellent. The service was good. The entertainment was great, live entertainment, no more football for a night. Overall, a lovely piece of nightlife!
