Yesterday we ate Gothenburg's best Burritos.
Ted, the guy in the middle, took the time to share the secret behind it.
He only chooses top-quality ingredients of chicken, pork and beef, marinates it in self-composed marinades, simmers for about 15 hours before adding self-made salsas/guacamole and other Mexican accessories.
And when you add Ted's passion for the craft, it tastes homemade - and it is 😊
The restaurant doesn't have many tables in the winter, so it pays to book in advance.
Ted's useful tips;
1-put the avocado in water in the refrigerator, even if you have split it, it extends the shelf life by weeks and stops oxidation.
2-don't buy avocados where the stem seems loose.

A small place with an amazing vibe. By far the best Mexican food place in Gothenburg.

The portions are huge, so you definitely get the money's worth from your burritos. Make sure you take a lot of napkins though, you will need them.

The only thing I would like to see improved is vegetables. I had a burrito, and it was great but not enough greens for my liking.

Nice and trendy looking restaurant. But the quality of the ingredients are quite low. There is not much flavor in neither the meats/chicken, nor the guacamole. I am really disappointed that someone would create such a pretty restaurant but not use proper ingredients and flavor profile.
