One of the popular stalls in Borough Market. The queue system was good and efficient. Even though there was a long queue, the wait was not too long. We ordered The Best One with Slow roast pork, honey truffle, mayo, salsa, fennel apple slaw, 30mo aged Parmesan at £12.

Both were really good. Highly recommended. Do not worry about the wait as it’s fast and worth it.

My sandwich was divine! I went on a Tuesday afternoon at lunch time and even if there was a bit of queue, the service was extremely fast and efficiently served everyone. I queued for a total of around 5’-10’ so not bad at all.

Not the cheapest sandwich out there, but definitely worth trying once! Extremely decadent 🤤

The only downside is not having a place right there to eat your sandwich as the stairs next to the stall are always very crowded

An easy 5-star to give! They serve a uniquely delicious sandwich, hot and served within minutes. I ordered 'The Best One' sandwich and enjoyed every bite. The slow-roasted pork, juicy slaw, herb green sauce, salty cheese, and perfectly crunchy ciabatta came together in a flavor combo like none I’ve had before. It totally lived up to the hype and had just the right amount of juiciness. I highly recommend making a stop here!

Worth the hype, the queue and the price. The queue is actually pretty quick, even on Saturday at lunch time.

This is probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had (there’s a reason it’s called “The best one”). The flavours and textures are perfectly balanced.

Really good ciabatta sandwich, which is worth the hype. We went for “the best one” and were not disappointed. There was a big queue, but it only took us fifteen minutes to get our sandwich (they were really efficient in preparing them). Unfortunately, the borough market’s food court is not the comfiest place in a busy day (and this is why I am giving three stars for atmosphere). Other than that, great food.
