Stay Away – This Hotel Only Knows How to Keep Your Money!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My flight got canceled—completely out of my control—and this so-called "boutique hotel" refused to refund me. Not even a voucher. Their excuse? Some nonsense about a "software issue." How about solving it with a human issue—like basic decency?

To make things worse, their customer service was god-awful. I felt like I was calling someone’s downstairs neighbor rather than an actual hotel. No empathy, no solutions—just pitiful excuses and a refusal to help.

The only thing this place is good at? Keeping your money. If you think you’re saving money by booking here, just message me—I’ll Venmo you some so you can stay somewhere decent. Do yourself a favor and book with Marriott or Holiday Inn—literally anywhere else is better than this scammy operation. Avoid at all costs!

My room is clean windows with breathtaking city views, a plush king-size bed, and a beautifully designed bathroom with a rain shower and premium toiletries. Price is good also. Highly recommend and ill come back soonest
