I’ve been eating here ever since they opened. This is still my favorite pizza joint in the world.  From the crust to the topping, for me, this pizza is very much the best thing.  Whenever I am in San Francisco - I always make a point to eat here.  It is not traditional pizza so this isn’t for everyone, especially Italian food purists. But if you like a Chicago style pizza you will love this pizza!

In a desperate move to feed our kiddos, we sought out a local pizza joint and found Little Star Pizza closest to our route. The pizza did not disappoint! Jose helped us out and suggested the Detroit and a deep dish. Our kiddos loved the pizza, my wife loved the vibe, and I appreciated Jose’s awesome customer service (a lost art). Come here if you’re in the mood for a great pizza pie.

Overall a rather mid experience. The deep dish pizza was very tasty but not cheap. Took them 45 minutes however to bake on a not too busy weekday evening. Many things were not in stock, such as the Detroit style pizzas and many of the drinks, and the waitress barely spoke English.

We had a fantastic time at Little Star Pizza in San Francisco. The service was top-notch, especially from the general manager, Jose , who made sure everything was perfect. The deep dish pizza was incredible crispy crust, fresh toppings, and full of flavor. The cozy atmosphere, with Halloween decorations added to the great dining experience. Highly recommend this spot for delicious pizza and excellent service. My wife & I will definitely be back!

This place is a local favorite and rightly so! I really enjoyed their deep dish pizza (although I went way beyond my calorie limit) and have only good things to say about it.

We got half and half - one half of the pizza was the little star original (stuffed with mushrooms and a few other veggies with a strong garlic under taste). The other half was their veggie offering which was my favorite - it had zucchini, mushrooms and a bunch of other vegetables which all complimented each other. Each slice was quite huge and one can be pretty full with two slices. The crust I assume was cornbread and was super delicious. The honey added a nice touch to it.

We got a Mexican coke as well which complimented the pizza nicely.

The space is nicely done although there weren’t too many people dining indoors. The service was excellent but it does take around 20-30 minutes to prepare deep dish pizzas. So be ready.

Bathrooms were clean.
