Our 3-night stay at BELLUSTAR TOKYO was the perfect way to end our honeymoon. From the unique check-in experience, where we were escorted through different lifts to reach the lobby, to the breathtaking room view, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ensured we had everything we needed. A special touch was the honeymoon room decoration, which made our stay even more memorable.

The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a stunning view. We loved the room service club sandwich, and the lounge was a relaxing spot with high-quality snacks and drinks. The staff even accommodated my request for non-caffeinated tea, which was promptly delivered to our room. I had several packages delivered to the hotel, and the lobby service staff kept me updated when it was received, and ensured it was delivered to our room.

We can’t wait to stay here again during our next visit to Tokyo. Thank you to all the staff for making our honeymoon so special! Would highly recommend this hotel. 😍✨

Located in lively Shinjuku, we stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe suite.

The hotel is sleek and modern, the hallways remind me of araska tower from cyberpunk.  Beds were great, bathroom is luxurious.

The views from the living room is fantastic and a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

Lots of great restaurants and stores nearby, would definitely stay again next time we're in Tokyo.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights, and our experience couldn’t have been better. We were able to arrange transportation to and from the airport with ease. The room was exceptional with stunning views of the city. Amenities left nothing more to be desired. Every single person we interacted with was kind and extremely helpful. We contacted the concierge ahead of time and they were able to book a wonderful omakase experience for us. The location was also perfect. The Shinjuku district was perfect for walking around and experiencing local food and culture. 10/10, highly recommend!

The views of Tokyo are honestly unparalleled and breath-taking from the 40th floor and up! My partner and I had a truly wonderful stay here and the staff did an amazing job at accommodating our every request.
