I’ve visited many restaurants, both abroad and in the Netherlands, and have traveled Japan quite extensively. I can say, without a doubt, that this was some of the best Japanese food I have ever tasted. The flavors here are top notch, the ingredients authentic, and everything is plant-based. The courses are nicely spaced out, allowing you to experience a large range of different tastes, textures and dishes. The quality is truly impeccable, giving you the feeling of fine dining. There is a subtlety and elegance to every plate, and the flavors come out like magic.
I want to thank the chefs and host for the great night, I am certain to come again.

This is absolutely one of the best restaurants in the Netherlands. Top! Service is very nice. Quality of the food and taste is the best, better than expected. The textures in every dish are magic. The atmosphere is very cozy, since it’s a small restaurant, you feel at home.

I am not a seafood person so the fact that this Japanese restaurant is vegan, it makes it even more delicious for me. I was so glad and I feel super safe to try all what they gave us.

Thank you so much! We had a great time and we will be back soon.

An all-vegan Japanese spot. The menu is set, so no tough choices—except for the ramen flavors, and honestly, the move is to get both. We had one with black burnt garlic and the other with red chili, and swapping between the two was a good one. It was well balanced, not overwhelming, just that deep, rich kick you want in a good bowl of ramen.

Service was good, the space is tiny but well-organized, with a big community table in the middle. If you’re up for it, it’s a great place to have a casual chat with strangers while enjoying your food. Despite the price creeping up over the years (from around 30 to now 50), it still feels worth it for the quality and experience. Definitely recommend if you’re into well-executed, creative vegan food.

We came here for my birthday and it really made my day! Food was made & presented with a lot of attention to detail and really delicious. Everything tasted and looked great and the people were very kind and welcoming. A whole experience!

PS even the meat lovers in the group loved this vegan menu.

This is a vegan restaurant and as a meet lover i was a bit skeptical. However the flavor of the food is just amazing!! It is not the common Ramen style you’d be used to, but a great experience. The staff is super friendly!
It is usually fully booked and you might get lucky to get a free spot if you walk in however I would totally recommend to reserve
