Truly an immaculate experience. The hotel staff is more than perfect. The hospitality is top notch. Everyone is so caring and welcoming. They take care of the smallest details and needs of guests. The food is fantastic . There is actually nothing that is not perfect . A hotel has done its job when one feels at home, and they tick all the boxes. Thank you for your hospitality :)

A memorable stay!
Was on business in Switzerland (Sept '24) and of course why not spend some quality time in Geneva and where better to do it than the luxurious Ritz Carlton Geneva.

Great location, with amazing views of Lake Geneva

It was perfect, from the check-in to check-out and everything in between.

The staff, I mean All the staff we encountered were helpful, respectful and making you feel welcome.

We pre-ordered breakfast in the room to enjoy the view and it was right on time.

I about the diffuser scent in their lobby and they had it as part of their merchandise, I bought a spray bottle and they gifted me a pack of incense with it.
As always, a great experience at the Ritz Carlton.

I loved every single minute of my stay at the Ritz Carlton Geneva! From the moment we arrived until we left, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz Geneva for over two months, and the experience was truly exceptional. The staff, especially Mehdi, Juan, Nesim, Alexis, and many others whose names I may not remember, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome at reception to the impeccable housekeeping and the helpful concierge service, every detail was taken care of with professionalism and care.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with luxurious accommodations and top-notch facilities that made my long stay feel like home. However, while everything was great, I believe the food offerings could be improved. The quality of the food was good, but I felt there could be more variety and options on the menu, especially for longer stays like mine.

Overall, The Ritz Geneva is a fantastic hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable experience. I would definitely return for another stay.
