What a beautiful experience and wonderful concept! Our first visit was for a quick break to escape the high heat. We tried cake as well as drinks such as the beetroot latte and coffee from Arabica. Everything was delicious and easily digestible. We came back for dinner a few days later and also tried their burgers and lemonades which were just as great. The place, as seen on the pictures, is beautiful and a great contrast to the busy streets in Uluwatu. As soon as we entered we felt peace and at ease. Would definitely recommend.

I recently ordered the champion breakfast plate, and while the presentation was appealing, the taste left much to be desired. The mushrooms were extremely dry, and the avocado was watery. On the side, the jackfruit sausage was like two unappetizing ‘blobs’  that were quite off-putting. The veggie hotcake in the center was also too hard. Overall, it’s not worth a special trip.

The food here is just simply mouth watering!

There are not many places where you come away from eating somewhere and feel great after what you eaten, this is that place.

Healthy mouth watering food, nutritional and energising

Don’t forget the amazing atmosphere and the service is on another level!

If you want a healthy nutritional meal in an environment where you feel rested and raring to take on this world then this is the place for you

I had a negative experience at alchemy. The place is gorgeous, with a great jungle vibe, and I don’t mean to make my experience the rule. Might have been unlucky. I ordered a pizza and although I constantly eat vegetarian and vegan food, this was in my opinion, almost uneatable. Had no taste whatsoever, and the coconut mozarella made my stomach turn. I did eat half of it, out of sheer hunger (and that is maybe my mistake), but after that I stopped and politely asked for a replacement, explaining my reasoning. Now that has only happened to me twice so far, and both times people at the restaurant were more than happy to change my dish. Here the manager told me that the best she could do is offer me a 10(?!?)% discount on the pizza, and kept using the fact that the food is vegan as a sort of excuse for its taste. I politely refused this offer, paid and left. Again, this is my only experience and had to share it here. The place is definitely worth visiting, but maybe don’t get the pizza.

I visited this place for brunch today and ordered the smoothie bowl, acai bowl, and shakshouka. The food was just okay, and the atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately, the service needed improvement.

1. We were not allowed to use the Wi-Fi unless we moved to another table, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. At this point, I still can tolerate.

2. As we were leaving, a waitress approached us in a way that drew unnecessary attention, implying we hadn’t paid the bill. This was awkward and uncomfortable, especially since I had already settled the payment, which the cashier later confirmed. This is a big NO for me.

3. Last but not least, I also stopped by Arabica % and experienced poor service there as well. I ordered a double-shot espresso, but somehow people who ordered after me received their lattes before I got mine. It was frustrating and made me question their service standards.

Given the average food and bad service experiences, this will likely be my first and last time to this place. Thanks.
