The Ubud Palace is a must-visit when in Bali! This historic site is full of charm and offers a beautiful glimpse into Balinese culture. The architecture is stunning, with intricate carvings and traditional designs that tell the story of the royal family.

I loved walking around the grounds and exploring the peaceful gardens. The atmosphere is serene, yet there's so much history to absorb. The palace is also conveniently located in the heart of Ubud, close to many other attractions.

Just like the rest of Bali it's a lovely place. It's small but it has a great feeling... Like magical.

It does get crowded. The entrance is free and you can get tickets for the Fire Dance here.

There is no parking near so that is a challenge specially if you are driving a car, but it's worth the visit so just try and find a spot on the side streets.

I was truly impressed by the beauty and cultural richness of this place. The traditional Balinese architecture and intricate stone carvings are absolutely stunning, and the palace grounds are well-maintained with lovely gardens. Even though the palace isn’t very large, it’s a peaceful and picturesque spot, perfect for a quick visit.

One of the best experiences here was watching the traditional dance performance in the evening. The costumes, music, and atmosphere were mesmerizing and gave a real insight into Balinese culture. If you visit, I highly recommend attending one of these performances—just arrive early to get a good seat.

Since it's located in the center of Ubud, it's very easy to find, but it can get crowded, especially in the late afternoon. Overall, Ubud Palace is a must-see for anyone visiting Ubud who wants to appreciate the island's cultural heritage.

In the heart of the buzzing Ubud , is the Ubud palace. This is a small but very beautiful place. They do not charge you for any entrance. It was very nice to see the architecture over there. They also have the performance in the evening which is a depiction of Ramayana but we didn't opt for it. If you are in Ubud please visit, a very nice and clean place.
