Great service, pleasant owners. No issues.

To measure your feet they have a device which you stand on, ensuring you get the best fitting boots. I thought this was particularly important after having ill-fitting boots in the past.

I recently pre-booked skis via my chalet company and collected them from here. We turned up to collect our equipment 5 minutes after the shop should have closed but they were still welcoming, helpful and took time to get us sorted. I struggled with the skis on the first day and the team in the store were amazing at trying to get me skiing on something else, either better or lower spec than the skis I had booked, just as long as I felt happier with them. They helped me understand why the skis were performing the way they were, and what might help me. I couldn't recommend the staff in the store more highly.

This shop was in the perfect location for us, with helpful staff and no waiting time! It was also the first time that everything provided fitted perfectly first time. I'm assuming that this was aided by their new scanner, but mostly down to the competent staff.

Will definitely use if staying in La Daille again.

I would post zero stars if I could. Nice polite family, speaking French when we could, not fussy at all and yet treated appallingly by the incredibly rude owner as we returned our equipment. Money is king not customer service here, a disappointing end to an otherwise incredible week skiing in Val D’Isère. Avoid this shop if at all possible, your blood pressure will thank you.
