We took the 8 course tasting menu and the whole experience was fantastic! Each plate is meticulously presented then described by the waiters, which by the way are very professional. The food looks artistic and high quality, and there's an explosion of taste after each bite. The plates are generous too, as we were getting quite full after the 5th serving. Will definitely visit the restaurant again to try their next menu.

Me and my wife chose Frederic Simonin restaurant for our anniversary dinner after thorough research. And our experience exceeded all our expectations. We had a 4 course tasting menue, which in reality were more like 6, due to amuse-bouches sent between dishes. Services was top notch and even Frederic himself came out to say hi to all guests. All and all amazing experience, highly recommend! Mash potatoes were un-be-lie-vable! Thank all staff for making our special day truly special!

We chose the 8 course tasting menu. The food is very well made and presented. Some of the dishes are very tasty.
The restaurant has a nice decor and it feels very nice.
The only downside was the waiting time between dishes. Some of the waiting times were actually very long.
The waiters could be a bit nicer. The whole experience is not only about the food, the atmosphere and the service are complementary to the dining experience and that is why I say the waiters could be nicer and friendlier.

We just had the most wonderful family dinner here. The staff are truly lovely, the food was delicious, and overall it was a lovely, relaxed evening. There was a mix of end of year work functions, families and couples having dinner. We went for 5 courses with matched wine and were extremely full by the time we finished! The food was beautifully presented with refined flavours that interested us all. Highly recommend.

Restaurant design, entrée and desserts are great!
It was a good experience overall apart from our lady server who seem to be out of place in the restaurant— lacks warmth, being more personable, passion in what she does— we find that she needs more training in the service industry (as simple as placing the butter knife when it fell on the table after she moved the bread and butter on the corner of the table to serve the mains).
We're still considering to bring business meetings here should there be any guests in the future but hopefully the lady server have progressed by that time.
