I would say that I was quite disappointed this year with Da Laura. It used to be a staple in Cannes, but the food served this year did not live up to the usual standard. The clams in the vongole were not fresh, and some have even gone bad in the frutti di mare. I expected a higher quality of ingredients. And as usual, the restaurant is super busy, so do expect a wait of about an hour if you didn’t make a reservation!

One of the best places to go in central Cannes. Don’t miss this one as best Italian place in central Cannes. Do make a reservation before you go. Excellent service and great food. Great choice of daily specials added to the menu are excellent choices. Many homemade pasta options with seafood or meat or vegetables. Great dining experience with extraordinary host. Enjoy

The Bruschetta was delicious. Also the Gnocchi but the Gorgonzola sauce could have tasted more like Gorgonzola. The taste was a little bit fade. The waiter were really polite and nice. Especially the guy who explained everything my boyfriend in Italian. You could also see the peoplen on the streets  from our place which was nice. And the seating arrangement was good
