I recently stayed at nhow Berlin for three days and had an amazing experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a youthful vibe. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent—close to a train station, which made getting around the city very convenient.

The food was diverse, carefully prepared, and absolutely delicious. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, especially Oscar, who went above and beyond to assist me with an early check-in. His professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference.

My stay at nhow Berlin was great. The hotel has the stunning design as all nhows, and the staff are very kind, special thanks to Lara, one of the professional and sweet ones. They upgraded us to a suite... just amazing.

A hotel like no other, amazing decor, cool flavors at every turn, excellent breakfasts , very friendly staff, good WiFi and spacious parking. Truly a great place that you will certainly not soon forget. I highly recommend !

Absolutely disgraceful experience. After I had already paid for my room and checked out, this hotel took money from my card without any warning or authorization. This is nothing short of theft. I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel.

The positives:

- The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
- Soundproofing between the rooms was good.
- The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience:

- Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival.
- Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days.
- Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness.
- Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day.
- Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20.

While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing.

If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.
