It’s really a shame that zero stars isn’t an option. I honestly don’t know what we were thinking, other than just wanting to do something nice for our son and maybe give him a look into the world of video games or… honestly, I’m not sure what we were thinking. Anyway, I asked the staff at the ticket counter if it was appropriate for a seven-year-old boy, and they assured me it was.

The museum is in a basement with a very unpleasant smell, and it’s only suitable for older kids—maybe 14 or so—who can stay there on their own, have a strong interest in video games, and know their way around computers and everything else. Nothing else makes any sense, as some games are absolutely meant for adults, and even those require some level of experience to play. Above all, it’s really not suitable for children. Of course, they didn’t tell us this.

The information in English and Italian is only available near some old games or consoles. The games themselves don’t come with any instructions on how to play. So, this “museum” is questionable to begin with. It’s essentially an arcade with some props, and it’s certainly not suitable for children under 14. So, zero stars, and minus five stars for the staff who didn’t warn us about any of this. We were only guest in the museum maybe that’s das also mean something

It's a nice place, but not super big. You can play some arcade games on machines which was really nice to remind yourself about past times, there is also another room where you can play on modern consoles and VR devices but there is no option to play multiplayer. The reason could be that in season this place could be really crowded so maybe it's because of that, as we have visited this place in December. Of course expect to play there is a nice amount of stuff that you will see which will bring you in the past

Went in, and was a complete waste of money.  1500 plus games, only bc one machine has over 1300 games alone.  All the vr games were just saber beat.  Most games were in Italian, so I couldn't play most.  Several games were just flat out broken, with no signs.  Stated to the staff about my experience, and they suggested I talk to the staff and nothing else.  No refund or any compensation.  Was fastest 15 bucks I've spend for 15 minutes.  Only cool thing was a bioshock statue life-size.  The money was spent on vintage systems to be displayed and not on actual game machines.  They found the cheapest way to say they have a "arcade".

One of the most unique and underrated museums I’ve ever visited. Its collection is amazing, this place really brought me back to my childhood. It has an amazing collection, very well kept and preserved and very well displayed. You can also buy some very cool merchandise and play some of the retro games they have. It’s a very cool place and I really enjoyed my time here. If you were into videos or still enjoy them. I would definitely recommend checking out this amazing museum.
