The best thing about this hotel is its central location, which makes it really convenient for exploring. However, the customer service was disappointing.
The first day, the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful but after that, things went downhill. We asked to extend our stay, and the night staff initially told us it wasn’t possible. When I asked if the hotel was fully booked, she said no, just the room we were in. It was really strange that she didn’t offer us the obvious solution of an alternative room. They also promised to notify us when our new room became available, but we never got an update. To top it off, the beds weren’t separated as we had requested. I would pass on this experience. There are too many hotels in Florence to feel unwelcome.

For a 3 star hotel I found it was very good. It's true you have to walk the first floor with stairs, but the girl at the reception helped us and was very nice. The room was well equipped, the location is perfect, and it offers coffee and biscuits for free even if it doesn't include breakfast. It also has a panoramic terrace with outstanding views.

I could not have asked for a better location! Super safe, clean, welcoming environment. This place was perfect for our family and within walking distance of several areas we wanted to see.

While the location may seem enticing, I would not stay here again. When I entered my room, it did not smell clean and clearly was not clean after further inspection. Additionally, there were mosquitoes along the ceiling and mold throughout the shower (pictures attached!). The bathroom was stocked with 4 bottles of shampoo, no body wash or conditioner or hand soap (all shampoo!), no tissues, a broken hair dryer. After complaining, they cleaned our room, did their best to get rid of the mold in the bathroom, put conditioner, body wash and hand soap in the bathroom and brought us small champagne glasses, and insect repellent. Ultimately if you want to shower among mold and mosquitoes this is the place for you. Otherwise this is completely overrated and I would advise anyone to not stay here. I’m shocked at the positive reviews because that was not our experience. I couldn’t wait to get out of here.

We had a great trip and this hotel location is super! It’s 5 to 15 minutes to walk to so many great museums and shopping. We learned how to ride the bus, tram and train which expanded our vacation.
