The food at the restaurant here is exceptional, and our experience was amazing. We were greeted by an efficient team and made to feel very welcome. We chose and earlier sitting at 5pm, which was ideal for us. Each course was expertly presented, and I was served one of the best steaks I've ever tasted. Perfectly cooked and quality ingredients, a winning combination. Well done, one of my favourite nights of our trip. Thank you.

Excellent location. Big room with comfortable bed. Big bathroom with powerful shower. The sofa was at a strange angle towards the TV but we moved it for our stay. The kitchen has no pots or pans, we had to request from reception. No toaster. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the spa or eat there so I can't comment on those. Lots of bars, cafes and supermarkets nearby. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

- The rooms here are fantastic—they come with a private kitchen and a cosy living room area, which I really appreciated. And there is a bottle of water included.

- There’s also a small gym and spa, which I absolutely loved.

- Breakfast was incredible—everything was super delicious and well-prepared.

Why I’m giving 4 stars:

- The restaurant and bar are only open on certain days and with reduced hours, which was disappointing.

- Breakfast times could be improved—it starts at 7:30 and ends at 10, whereas many hotels offer breakfast from 7 to 11, which is much more convenient.

- The lobby area is nice but feels a bit small.

Disappointing Stay Due to Noise Issues
While the Neilsberg Hotel has some positives, such as spacious rooms, friendly service, and a good breakfast, the noise issues were a major problem. The lack of soundproofing meant I could hear street noise, guests above, and doors slamming, which disrupted my sleep every night. The hard bed and uncomfortable pillows didn’t help. The bathtub/shower setup was inconvenient and poorly designed, and my massage was ruined by noise from the gym above. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it due to the poor sleep quality and noise disturbances.

A very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast.
The room was spacious and clean. Nice beds too.
It was kind of cold in the room, so they borrowed us a heater.
They have a very small gym too..
