Really good information. You need a few hours to appreciate everything. The staff were most helpful with this we only had an hour. They were upfront advising us that we would find it short.
The stories and artifacts were very good.  However the audio equipment and units may need to be checked and improved as some did not give any information and others gave it in Dutch rather than English.

Very impactful exhibition. Great and kind staff and it is easy to purchase tickets. Audioguides are included and they are really well designed and easy to understand.

This is a very important place, but it's far from entertaining. This is hard work for your soul but you come out a better human. Come yourself and bring your children

As with all museums related to the Holocaust, it is a very emotional experience. Learning the stories of some on the 80,000 Jews in Amsterdam. Their survival, or their murder.
It boggles the mind how the Nazis were able to convince people to turn on their neighbor.
The museum staff are very helpful. There are lockers and toilets downstairs which were very handy in the winter with coats.
The complementary audio tour gizmos are very handy. They give a more detailed explanation. You also get to hear what is said in some of the videos.
You will spend over an hour on your tour. Just amazing.
