Accessible bar located a block away from the touristy road. Wide happy hour times until 9pm (I think) serving a small-medium selection of bottled and tap beers. A few tiny pool tables.  I enjoyed the music set. Guessing 10 tables for more intimate music experience. Different artists perform daily on stage in a partitioned area next the bar

The Waterhole Bar in Amsterdam is one of my favorite spots in the city! It's got a great vibe with live music every night, and the bands that perform there are always top-notch. Whether it's rock, blues, or something else, the atmosphere is always buzzing. One of the best things is the **happy hour until 9 PM**, where you can get cheap beer, and if you arrive before 9, there's no entrance fee! It’s such a deal for an awesome night out. The place has a laid-back feel, and the music keeps the energy high. It's definitely my go-to bar whenever I'm in town!

I tend to avoid the Leidseplein when in Amsterdam, but if I am with some friends and the football is on, we will come here on a Saturday afternoon and enjoy their happy hour, pool and footy. The staff have always looked after me in here and have sometimes offered free shots to our group which is a nice touch and a sure fire way of keeping us in there longer! Live music on in the evening, and you have to pay an admission cost after a certain time. It gets mega busy as the night goes on, but it’s a fun place to be and also has a separate smoking room.
