Unfortunately, only one dish what we tried was really good, Angus brisket. All other dishes was lack of taste or badly mixed ingredients. Pork bao I could even eat, hard meat, no taste at all, and Im really big lover of baos. Grilled bone marrow was a disaster - extremely amount of mustard in the meat tartar, that you don't feel nothing else, it killed completely all tastes it felt like you eating mustard in tartar texture or bone marrow, I was trying to taste bone marrow alone and no chance,  all impregnated in mustard smell and taste. Desert was disaster, too. My boyfriend ordered it, so I didn't see even how it calls, just that it is some kind of tiramisu. When the waiter came, I told him that the desert would be really nice if would be made in eclair instead of that cookie. He told me that this is eclair. It would be funny if not sad...

My second discovery during this visit to Madrid. A fun, appetizing, curious, tasty lunch, traveling through all the taste buds. It's spectacular. You have to go.

Food is interesting but service is horrible! It took 30 minutes to serve one dish.  We were there for at least 2.5 hours to have 6 small dishes among 5 of us.  Couldn’t order more dishes  as we got no more time to wait. I checked the kitchen.  There were only 4 persons working with the restaurant 90% full.  Never again!

Great experience. The place is finely decorated with a brutalist ambience that matches well the food served, like the bone marrow. There are details here and there in the menu of very delicate preparations. The bull tail cannelloni are a must. The dough itself is perfect, and the meat juice in it tastes amazing. Well done! The bone marrow is great (could’ve been in the oven a little bit more in my opinion, the deepest part of it was a bit raw, but still very good). With the tartar on top, it’s a delish. The artichokes are a must: first grilled, then in the oven, and the josper. The fact that they cook the same way meats are done, at the same time as other meat plates, gives the artichokes a very meaty flavor and melt-in-mouth texture. The nigiri croquettes are creative, with a liquid interior that pops in one’s mouth (take in one bite if possible). And the mille-feuilles for dessert was great, with a nicely whipped cream and subtle cinnamon taste (great point and finely mastered since cinnamon is an easy to overdo spice). With a bottle of tempranillo Ribera de Duero red wine, it was a great experience.

Open kitchen and modern design restaurant behind Gran Vía street. We tried several dishes and were ok, specially tartar but everything was completely overcharged. Rib at low temperature (12h) was probably the worst I have ever tried, it was hard and it had too many nerves. When the bill came I was shocked, above 50€ for leaving hungry the place. Dishes are extremelly small, consider this before ordering. Value for price 1/5, service was good, staff was king, decoration innovative and location is great.
