After a leisurely walk and reading in the nearby outdoor seating I decided refreshments were needed after the morning’s tortilla for breakfast.  A coffee took me up to midday which meant Txakoli time.  On the second one I though a snack would be expeditious way forward.

All ingredients are glistening, colorful, vibrant!! Seafood is nice and fresh! This is one of the best pintxos in San Sebastian! Gilda is awesome! It is so nice and sour, vinegary, perfectly salty juiciness from anchovy! Great combinations!!!

True local bar. Not very fancy but super tasty. Open through the whole day Mon-Sat, which is not very common for all the pintxos bars here. Very good prices. Have a famous Gilda pintxo and listen to the live discussions of the locals. Have a drink too!
