A cozy corner side gem! The food was delicious, especially the bruschetta & the tempura fried zucchini flower.
I really like that they keep rotating their menu, so definitely going back their and highly recommend checking it out. The only down side was that the cocktails were a bit on the sweeter side. (Especially the hibiscus negroni, appreciate the concept though)

Friday evening was ruined by completely inhospitable service. The waitress accepted an addition to our previous order, although our time there had already expired, and later she offered to change the table. We were asked to move to another table, but it was occupied. So we were seated inside the restaurant (we were previously seated on the outdoor terrace, even though no one had booked a particular table). We just walked around with our clothes and glasses looking for a free table.

Inside the restaurant is an open kitchen and we could smell the food. We asked to cancel our dessert order because we didn’t want to sit there. Another waiter brought it anyway. The waitress who served us no longer paid attention to us. Be prepared to be treated so horribly even if you leave a large amount for dinner. It’s outrageous and completely out of line with such high ratings.

Disappointing and over-hyped.

We were off to a bad start, the cocktails were terrible. The strawberry daiquiri was like a sickly sweet daiquiri mix for a frozen daiquiri that hadn't been frozen. It was thick like a puree and just tasted like syrup. The apple margarita just tasted like apple juice, it had no margarita about it.

For the food, 2 out of the 6 dishes were good. The rest was just "meh". The flavors just weren't popping, it was kind of bland and not very interesting.

For example:
The tempura fried blumini just tasted like you put tempura on a broccoli. The sauce was fine but at the end of the day it was just meh.

The black pasta has good flavor, but it was swimming in oil to the point where it was overwhelming.

The pork dumplings were one of the biggest letdowns, the pork was overcooked and not flavorful at all. You could make better dumplings at home.

If you live in the neighborhood it could be worth dropping by if you are looking for a "nicer" dinner and a decent wine list, but if you're spending this money for a meal your probably better off going somewhere else.

Its is really a hit and miss here. Its quite experimental and sometimes it just doesnt work.  Some things are great though. But for the price you want all dishes to be great

Very nice neighborhood restaurant with great dish selections. Small plates concept so you try different tastes during dinner. Good wine selection.
