Unfortunately I was a little bit disappointed since I loved the Dede’s at Södermalm. This branch was way too average compared to the other branch. The staff was friendly but the doner rulle was below average. Sorry but I won’t be returning.

Dedes is one of those really difficult places to review, because on one hand they do make the best kebab in Stockholm hands down - I've eaten 50-100 of their rolls at the time of writing this review - on the other hand their quality varies wildly from day to day.

One day you're getting fantastic meat right of the spit, juicy and tender with a wonderful browning and just the right amount of spice, wrapped in a delicious hand made bread straight from the oven.
The next week you're getting reheated leftovers, gray, hard meat with no maillard whatsoever, and a dry crumbly bread that has been left on the counter for way too long.

I really want to give this place a five out of five, but the amount of mediocre rolls I've gotten... At this price point, I expect to be handed an excellent roll every single time, no exceptions.

Luxury kebab but still affordable. This place is by far the best kebab in Stockholm. The meat they use and the fact that they make their own bread and sauces - all this combined makes you think that if there was a kebab restaurant with a Michelin star, this is what it would taste like.
