This restaurant was outstanding, me and my wife knew it was fully booked already and had no expectations however, we gave it a try and guess what! The flexibility of the staff was amazing, they didn’t promise a table however they arranged a small table at the window where you normally can have drinks and of course they still offered the full menu. As soon as there was an available table free they would offer it, however the table next to the window was a great location so we had the opportunity to change to a bigger table and took it. All along the friendly staff made sure we had a great experience. The staff were very prompt and very attentive and checked on us very often. Now to my surprise the staff was very proactive, I couldn’t believe how they poured up more wine when passing by our table and refilling the water, I love that!!! How great service! And like this was not enough! At the end we ordered a delicious dessert, the cinnamon donut! Amazing dessert, but just because we were two and ordered just one, they added a second surprise dessert for free. I my lord! This is what I call an outstanding restaurant at a fantastic hotel. And It does not stop here, the rooftop spa club was a one of a kind experience, just look at the pictures. Me and my wife had an excellent stay at this hotel and a wonderful memory that we will keep with us. So all my recommendations when visiting Gothenburg is to stay or at least visit Jacyz Hotel. It have everything that a city hotel should have and then much more on top of that! That why this is my favourite.

Gogogaga offers a Pan-Asian dining experience that is a mixed bag. We opted for the à la carte menu and found the tuna lacking in freshness, indicated by a tingling sensation. The edamame was overly salty, sweet, and sour, seemingly due to a reduction of soy sauce and sugar, making it far from the best I've had. The tempura broccoli and shrimp were satisfying, along with a few other small dishes that were decent but not outstanding.

The decor is charmingly cluttered, creating a cozy ambiance. The staff stands out for their friendliness and attentiveness, enhancing the dining experience. After dinner, we enjoyed a virgin cocktail at the bar while taking in one of the best views in Gothenburg. Overall, while the food didn't wow us, the atmosphere and service made for an enjoyable evening.

This place is super cozy, with a great vibe and a killer city view from the top of Jacy's hotel. The restaurant's interior matches the hotel's style, and it's seriously stunning. The drinks are fantastic and a must-try. The service is solid, the staff is super friendly, and they know their stuff when it comes to recommendations. The food is Korean-inspired, nicely presented, but sometimes the flavors can be a bit too strong, especially with dishes like the oysters, beef tartare, and fish dumplings. But, hey, it's still worth a visit!

With its lofty location, one naturally arrives at Gogogaga with expectations as high as the venue itself. Unfortunately, the dining experience nosedived from these dizzying heights.

The culinary execution was a letdown—the meat served was so underdone it prompted a candid confession from our waiter, who agreed she wouldn't eat it herself. Over-seasoning was another issue, adding to the overall disappointment with the food.

Our ambitious order spanned the entire menu, yet each item managed to fall somewhere on the spectrum from subpar to mediocre. It was a unanimous culinary misfire. We actually had to ask them to return 4 items. 4. That's a feat.

On the upside, the restaurant's interior design is truly world-class, boasting the sort of opulence you'd find in Dubai's luxurious venues. The view is undoubtedly awe-inspiring, and the staff maintained a polite demeanor throughout our visit. However, there was an odd mismatch in service—our server, who doesn't drink alcohol, was tasked with recommending wines, an area clearly outside his expertise. The hostess, thankfully, stepped in adeptly, even offering a discount on our ,sizeable..., bill as a gesture of goodwill.

The tower's isolated location adds to the list of quirks—you're in for a cab ride if you're looking to continue the night elsewhere (or even get there). Its in the middle of nowhere.

I might return for a drink to enjoy the stunning view but would likely precede it with a hotdog from the Circle K below, just to be safe.

In summary: High views, high prices, and sadly, high expectations that weren't just met, they plummeted.
