This hotel is an absolute little gem! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Very convenient for the underground and bars and restaurants in the area. Very impressed with this hotel. All the staff from reception to the breakfast room staff were very polite and welcoming. A big thank you to the Punjabi girls working in the morning in the breakfast room, they were amazing and such a great help. The added little bonus was the coffee machine on the first floor. Rooms were stocked up with tea,coffee and biscuits. Great service! The breakfast was brilliant. Will definitely book this hotel again in the future. Highly recommend. Absolutely amazing. 5/5 for everything!!

This was my third stay and I'll be back. Singles cost quite a bit more than double (hence 4 stars) but the comfortable rooms themselves have all you need . And it's lovely and clean.
Staff are welcoming and helpful.  Breakfasts and constant supply of hot drinks taste even better when it's cold outside.
Location is superb, and the building itself is a joy.

The price of hotels in London over the Christmas period is just ridiculous - so we opted for the Harlingford. At no time did it pretend to be anything other than a small hotel. The common sitting room was lovely but we were in a triple room which was basically a small double with a third bed. The bathroom (toilet, shower and sink) was the size of an airline bathroom and sounded like one too when the fan went on (no window). Overall the room was clean-ish but a bit more details would be good like moving the furniture to clean under it. The telly didn’t really work and the room had two setting hot or cold. And that was based on the window. Am I disappointed a little - I knew what I was buying and it’s a good location. But then London is expensive, dirty, cold and wet. Literally there was rubbish all over the streets. And a lot of warnings about pick pockets and phone snatchers. So even though I was disappointed in the hotel I was more disappointed in London.

The Harlingford is a charming, old-fashioned, reasonably-priced, non-chain hotel in a great location (Bloomsbury), with full breakfast included. Less than a ten-minute walk from any of four train and tube stations. Variety of excellent, reasonably priced restaurants within a couple of blocks. Staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. Wifi excellent; bed comfy; heat worked perfectly. Only drawbacks were that the double room was quite small with a tiny desk and one chair, and the shower stall in the en-suite bathroom is quite cramped. Towel service did not include any washcloth/face-cloth.

Very cute little hotel along a picturesque curved road in Camden. Room was small but comfortable and plenty quiet,. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with all the pieces of a full English plus enough other options to avoid eating the same thing every morning. Location was perfect - super close to King's Cross and a number of other train & tube stations. Easy walk to the British Museum, the British Library, and plenty of good places to eat. Would absolutely stay again!
