I’ve eaten here many times and my husband and I love the food. The portions are perfect; we appreciate appropriately sized portions that don’t require a to-go box. It’s quite ironic that, in America, we pay more for smaller portions and I’m OK with that for better quality.

The ingredients are tastefully combined and beautifully presented. We can choose many  restaurant options in the area but each time we visit Miami, we stay at the Hotel Beaux Arts and eat at Boulud Sud.

We are also bar people so we never make reservations and choose to sit at the bar. The restaurant is rather quiet and isn’t usually packed, which is a bummer because it’s in a great location. Definitely worth a try.

Booked dinner for my wife and me. Ordered from the Miami spice menu. I got the beef carpaccio which was a rock, frozen solid, totally inedible, had to send it back. My wife got the burrata salad with heirloom tomatoes which was very tasty. For the entree she got the hanger steak medium and they nailed the cook. I got the zucchini risotto which was crunchy and undercooked, it needed at least 5 more minutes cooking. Had to send that dish back too. I booked this restaurant mainly for the name on the door but sadly the kitchen team totally destroyed my dining experience with their lack of attention to the dishes they were sending out. Dessert were tasty. And service from Arun was excellent, he was attentive yet not intrusive. And I know it was not his fault the kitchen kept making mistakes. We will not return.
Overall I DO NOT recommend Boulud Sud Miami for dinner when there are several other restaurants in Brickell who consistently never miss the mark.

Great place for a quick business lunch with the affordable executive menu. Else a very elegant upscale atmosphere serving french infused dishes. Service is quick and efficient. Good place to eat alone at the elegant bar and occasionally watch even sports. Located inside the JwMarriott but not busy and crowded.

Gave 4 stars for the excellent service and nice atmosphere.
Food was just okay for the price. Had the Bolognese and Sea Bass. Croquettes were tasty.
Impressive wine list. Will return just for the nice atmosphere to have conversations with friends.
Our waiter was very friendly and helpful.

Relaxed atmosphere, very comfortable! The food was delicious and you can tell there was a lot of thought out into the presentations of all the dishes. As expected, the dishes were on the smaller size, so ordering a few is a must! Service was great-  attentive but not overbearing.

Utmärkt plats för middag. All mat var bra och ledningen var uppmärksam. Förrätten var utsökt, cavatelli förrätt var lätt och välsmakande, och det bästa var de fantastiska high end desserter. Kocken som driver köket vet hur man imponerar.

Vi har precis ätit upp det godaste kvällsmålet ute jag kunde ha önskat mig. Personalen var varm och välkomnande.... Atmosfären var helt avslappnad, men ändå exklusiv... . och vi hade den absolut trevligaste middagen charmigt och elegant värd av OG. Vi började med ostron och följde det med en osttallrik och en kyckling tagine att dela... som som utlovat, var superb. Stort tack till hela personalen för en anmärkningsvärd kväll som vi kommer att minnas ett bra tag.

Vacker bar och lounge. Mycket kylig och avslappnad miljö. Maten var utsökt. Jag ätit inte i deras restaurang och valde baren och loungen. Rekommenderas starkt. den

Vi hade en utomordentlig bra lunch medan vi väntade på att vårt rum skulle vara tillgängligt. Underbar gazpacho och grillad bronzino. Tjänsten var utmärkt. VERKLIG underbart!

Detta är en mycket fin, men ändå avslappnad, restaurang som ligger i JW Marriott Marquis. Det erbjuder utmärkt frukost och middagar. Tjänsten är bra och inställningen är trevlig.

Jag hade frukost och middag på Boulud Sud på denna resa. Båda var ganska bra: Maten var utmärkt och servicen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Rummet fungerar bättre till frukost, även om det är bra för middag också.

Vi älskar Boulud Sud i NYC. Men vi hade en mycket nedslående upplevelse på Boulud Sud Miami för Thanksgiving Dinner. Anlände punktvis klockan 18 för vår bokning. Restaurangen var ännu inte trångt. Vi fick 2 (av sju) förrätter klockan 19.00. De andra 5 var ingenstans att se. Servrarna tog bort 2 och kom tillbaka med alla sju förrätter klockan 19: 55. Även om vi väntade på nära 2 timmar på vår måltid, erbjöds vi inga aptitretare medan vi väntade. Istället erbjöds vi inte så bra hamn efter middagen, när vi bara ville komma ut därifrån, efter att ha varit där i 3 timmar. Maten var bra, men inte alls enligt Boulud Sud.

Jag tycker att denna plats är ett stort värde. Service och atmosfär är underbart för det pris du betalar. Maten var mycket bra. Förvänta dig lite mindre sofistikerade än du skulle göra på högre slutplatser i bouluds men med liknande atmosfär till mycket lägre kostnad.

Det här är min fjärde eller femte gång här - - räknar dess föregående inkarnation. Vår grupp på fem ätit lunch idag. Min grekiska sallad var väl kryddad och tomaterna perfekta (så sällsynta). Min Flankbiff perfekt kokta och mycket öm. Restaurangen var en tredje full. Tjänsten var oklanderlig. Jag har aldrig haft ett klagomål om denna restaurang.

Trevligt ställe för efter jobbet happy hour. . . trevliga cocktails och specialerbjudanden med en sarkastisk bartender. Vad mer kan du begära. . min favorit var pommes frites och span

Tyvärr hade vi ingen bra upplevelse på Boulud förra söndagen. Vi firade min flickväns födelsedag med en grupp på 15 vänner.

Till att börja med börjar jag säga att vi kom till restaurangen kl. 13, fick vår dryckesbeställning klockan 13 47 och drinken anlände till bordet kl.
Under en 2 timmars brunchperiod och att betala för bottenlösa mimosa, hade bordet chansen att ha bara 3 glas mimosa per person, vilket inte är värt det om du betalar för att dricka så många du vill. Så inga kannor fördes till bordet med Mimosas och vi var tvungna att beställas en efter en, så tänk dig, om det tog en timme att få den första, gör matte för att få den andra.

Min enda känsla genom att vänta så länge på att ha den första mimosa och inte beställa maten förrän klockan 14 var att stå upp och lämna, men vårt parti var stort och var en mycket viktig dag för min flickvän, och hon var inte glad men försöker att vara lycklig framför sina vänner.

För det andra plockade de flesta Miami-krydda-menyn, som man enades om när vi bokade med GM. Efter att ha väntat i över en timme för att beställa maten, kom chefen till bordet och sa att eftersom vi valde Miami Spice skulle vi vänta mer än vanliga kunder. Inte acceptabelt. Även om det var sant och rimligt, borde chefen inte ha kommit till vårt bord och sagt att vi väntade på maten som ett resultat av att vi valde ett "billigare" alternativ.

Alla vid vårt bord var mycket besvikna över tjänsten och väntetiden. Efter 15.00, efter att ha väntat 2 timmar vid bordet hade vi vår huvudrätt.

Vi hade reserverat ett bord på en annan plats att äta drinkar med vänner klockan 16. Men som ni kan föreställa er att vi hade öknen vid den tiden, så vi tappade reservationen och hamnade inte med vänner där.

Maten var god, ingenting wow, men på grund av tjänsten, chefens samtal och hela upplevelsen kommer vi inte att gå tillbaka till Boulud Sud och naturligtvis kommer våra vänner inte heller att gå tillbaka.

Det var ny 4: e besök under de senaste 3 åren. Mat är lika utmärkt som någonsin. Tjänsten kämpade lite denna gång. 3 hostesses vid ingången, men det verkade inte finnas många servrar i matsalen. Meny och kvalitet på maten gör det alltid en bra upplevelse. Och atmosfären är vacker men inte för högt. Stora desserter också.

Underbar bar på Bouloud Sud. $ 8. 00 cocktails och $ 5. 00 aptitretare är en riktig behandling. Prova de varma datumen och blåosten.

Vi stannade i Miami Beach, så denna måltid krävde en cab / Uber / Lyft - så värt det. Händerna ner, en av de bästa middagsupplevelserna i våra ganska välrättade liv. När vi är på semester, tycker vi mest om att hitta expertgjort mat, speciellt med välparade drycker, vare sig det är bryggor, vin eller cocktails. Vår middag här stod ut på grund av utmärkthet på alla fronter: service, gastronomi och vinparning

Vi kan inte prata med förrätter eftersom vår preferens är att prova så många rätter som möjligt - så allt vi kan säga är det måste haves från små / medelstora plattorna är setas con huevos och burratina. Crispy zucchini är utsökt men del var enorm. . . För fyra perfekta och unika bett av sötma är petits fours en underbar avslutning, även om ostvalen var ute av denna värld.

Så fantastisk som maten var kvällen verkligen minnesvärd av expertisen och engagemanget hos vår server Johan och huvudet sommelier Daniel. Det var uppenbart att de båda är passionerade om vad de gör, och de var redo att svara på frågor och göra plats - på rekommendationer för varje kurs efter att ha frågat om våra personliga preferenser.

Kan inte rekommendera denna restaurang tillräckligt mycket. Vi kom tillbaka för söndagsbrunch och erfarenheten var konsekvent. Medarbetare överkroppsar enkelt för att skapa en sömlös middagsupplevelse - Kudos till det här professionella laget!

Hade s fantastisk lunch den andra dagen. De har också en snabb lunch om du bråttom. Vi delade bläckfisken A LA Plancha, Lamb flatbread. Båda var stora men flatbread var enastående. För huvudrätter var dag värd kammusslor enastående. Se till att du har extra tid om du betjänar parken.
