I love their tomato soup! It's my go-to whenever I'm craving soup or when I'm feeling under the weather. I also like to get their tuna melt. Can't go wrong with either or the combo (soup and sandwich).

This Cosi location is right near Navy Pier, and was the perfect spot to grab a quick lunch and wait out a little bit of rain! We got a few coffees while we sat inside Cosi (which was very nice they let us hang there for quite a while), and also had lunch while we waited. We shared two entrees - the Tuscan BBQ Chicken Flatbread and the Turkey Avocado Sandwich (served as a wrap/flatbread). Both were hearty and tasty, but if I had to pick one of the two to have again, the BBQ Chicken Flatbread was a little more filling and flavorful, so I'd choose that. Cosi doesn't have the hugest menu in existence, but it definitely hit the spot while we hung out there for a while to dodge a rainy day!

I really like this Cosi, it's a place to get a quick bite to eat for lunch or breakfast and keep it moving. What I really like is their customer service, Erica and Irma are very friendly and know my order bc I always get the same thing to eat: the pesto chicken melt or a bacon, egg and cheese. I appreciate how I am greeted when I walk in and the small talk when I am ordering my food. I feel welcome. I appreciate the hospitality and you can see how hard the staff is working.

Horrible service. I got back to my office across the street the street and my soup was less than 3/4 cup because they didn't put the lid on and the lid was broken.

This is for the wonderful staff at the 33 N Dearborn location; A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL, most importantly to Irma & Erica for the very pleasent & deliteful greeting given to me evry morning I come in for my morning joe. *** small cafe on the way to Willis Tower *** ENVIRONMENT It's a small place on Dearborn, however, I remember the sign for Cosi being recognizable from the sidewalk and the fact that they had coffee. SERVICE Mostly cordial. Coffee is self-serve. Cups, lids, etc. are in the communal coffee area for all to touch or fumble with... Not really a fan of that if we're supposed to be worried about COVID-19. MY FAVORITE PART... The cafe is on the way to Willis Tower which we wanted to see because my brother and I were t.o.u.r.i.s.t.s. NOT SO FAVORITE PART... They couldn't make lattes at the time (4/5/21). THE COFFEE I settled for a plain black coffee. Keeping it black is my style and is a good indicator of just how good or not it is. Honestly, it was not strong enough for me. The flavor fell flat. Sure was hot, though. Longest mobile receipt for a coffee I've ever received LOL: Coffee (Small) + Hot = $2.29 Purchase Subtotal = $2.29 Chicago Restaurant Tax (0.5%) = $0.01 IL MPEA Local Tax (1%) = $0.02 IL State Tax - Chicago (10.25%) = $0.23 Total = $2.55 And it keeps going... TIPS + They use Square for payment. + Loyalty and rewards program available. OVERALL Not running back to Cosi coffee any time soon. Good food. My service was excellent. There is no handicapped entrance. A patron opened the side door and held it open for me to enter. An employee held the side door open for me when I left. I was one of two patrons while there. The other patron left with a large boxed take out order while I was waiting for my food. The young woman recommended the hot turkey bacon cheddar melt. I ordered a half sandwich. It was just right to hold me til dinner. The sandwich was made to order, a total of about 5 bites of food. I don't know what service would be like at lunchtime. I recommend this Cosi for a quick bite.

Food just average. Ambiance is unwelcoming. Half the restaurant is staged for take out and catering with table and chairs smashed together with orders and bags piled up. The soda machine has not worked in over a year. It's always cold when I visit and therefore not someplace that I feel like enjoying my meal at. This unwelcoming environment almost seems designed to keep patrons from dining in and I notice it with other spots downtown as well. The Cosi experience now compared to 10 years ago is night and day.

Disappointing!!! Would not order again. Breakfast sandwiches were awful and items were missing from the order. When I called to make it right they said the delivery driver delivered everything but took pictures of the bags not the food. Really?

They didn't give me what I ordered , I pay for a Turkey, cream cheese and egg bagel $8.00 and they gave me a chicken with American cheese and the lady bad service.
