We went there for the first time and had great service and patience as we were not sure what to order. The sweet potato fries are waffle fries and came with honey mustard dipping sauce which is what I like!! I also tried the Nutella milkshake and it was the best Nutella milkshake I've had! This was a nice casual lunch spot where you order at the counter and they bring you the food. There is not a ton of seating, but we were able to find seats, and they also had a high chair for my son!

If you're hungry, in a group, or even just looking for a straightforward burger spot near Loyola, I'd suggest skipping Epic Burger. Our group of 12 showed up around 8pm on a Monday night, typically a slower time you'd expect to grab a bite and relax. There was a family of 8 ahead of us, so we waited in line about 20 to 25 minutes but never even made it to the register. Figuring it might speed things up, I placed a $34.06 order through the Toast app. Shortly after, a young dark haired white woman working there informed us that all orders placed at the counter were takeout only, even though the restaurant was nearly empty and there was plenty of seating. She told us we couldn't eat inside, even though the place was open until 9pm. That made no sense, especially after waiting in line and ordering food through their app. I went up to the counter to explain we didn't realize there was no dine-in and asked to cancel our order. A male worker told us to cancel it through the app. Problem is, there was no cancel option available. So, I ended up paying for food we never received, and 11 others in our group walked out without spending a dime. We ended up grabbing dinner at a chicken chain down the street, and at least there, we were served with a little professionalism and respect. The food at Epic Burger? Never got to try it. The ambiance? Unavailable. The service? Easily one of the worst experiences I've had in Chicago. If you're on a tight schedule, especially as a Loyola student, save yourself the hassle. This place doesn't seem to value your time or your business.

Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly! A good spot after the gym, I really enjoyed their veggie burger & fries. Pricier side of fast food but they do offer a student discount. I'm curious about their milkshakes too.

Quick service and we had a buy one get one coupon. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. Rather than a burger, we both had the grilled chicken which was delicious. French fries were exceptionally good as well. They even had a gluten-free bun, which made me happy! We will have to try the hamburger next time.

Seriously fresh and tasty burger. It's cooked smash burger style with onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and a special sauce. You have the option to customize toppings and they also have a double or triple patty option. Whoa! The menu has a bunch of other classic burger joint features including fries, fish sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, milk shakes and much more. Very friendly service with plenty of places to sit but we opted to grab and go. I will be back to try them all. Nom nom!
