UPDATE: They gave me food poisoning.

My original review was written yesterday and today, it appears that it was contaminated. I now have severe food poisoning.

I come here all of the time. This time was awful. I ordered Garlic Knots and they were served to me ice cold by the girl with the thick black framed glasses and slicked back ponytail. Her name is KARINA. She had an attitude and IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS took my garlic knots that I BIT INTO, put it in the garlic knot tray and threw it in the oven. The couple that came in were disgusted and made a point about it and I’m so embarrassed and shocked. When I went to pay, she threw my debit card at me too. I am literally confused as to why she was so discriminatory towards me.

Management, please look at the timestamp of 12/01/24 timestamp 4:00-16pm.

The only good thing was my slice but I was only allowed to buy 1 because they refused to make more to sell. Plus an Amazon worker came in looking to buy some plain slices and he was turned away. Poor guy.

The perfect pizza every single time! I’ve been dying for a great chicken cutlet sandwich and have tried several other places but am always disappointed. Decided to give Presto’s a shot and OMG, it’s the perfect sandwich! Exactly what my taste buds were expecting, and then some. My daughter had the meatball sub, you can taste the freshness of the meatballs. Overall yummylicious food. Can’t wait to try more items off their menu.

We loved this place that we went twice in a week...!
This is a family owned restaurant with good Italian food. I tried the chicken fingers with honey mustard sauce, garlic bread with cheese, fries, penne alla vodka. Liked all of them. However, I wasn't a fan of chicken rigatoni.
The owner was sweet and gave us free dessert.
If you are in the neighborhood, definitely give it a try!

the service here is atrocious. if you can’t be polite to customers then GET A NEW JOB. one of the guys working here is extremely rude. A customer asked what flavor pizza they had and he responded with “we don’t do flavors we do toppings this is pizza not ice cream”unnecessarily rude. On top of that, I’m assuming he did not realize I spoke Spanish and was making EXTREMELY inappropriate comments. Disgusting service. will not be returning would rather spend money elsewhere.

We got a cheese pie from Prestos West New York yesterday and it was cooked to perfection, the right amount of sauce and cheese and crispness. We enjoyed every bite! I highly recommend this place.
