Such a fantastic bar! Had an 'early' New Years party for a group of friends there and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had.
The staff made sure the night was extra special for us while still serving all the other people coming in on a busy Saturday night. I was so impressed when the owner even shared how much they enjoyed hosting our unconventional party.
The decor is exquisite and everywhere you look, there's impeccable attention to detail.
The music is all *real* pre-2000s rock music and a pleasure to listen to (and squeeze in the odd dance between tables!)
This is not a restaurant or a BYOB space, it's a good old fashioned, down to earth Bar for hanging out with friends. Will definitely be visiting again!

Outstanding bar! So incredibly put together one could simply spend hours just looking at all the decor.

We walked in and discovered a bunch of awesome individuals sitting around the bar.
chats were had before we ordered.

Quick service and various spots to sit and chill.

I have to say, this is my all time favorite bar in Cape Town. Unique, original, well thought out Wild West Saloon bar. All that's missing are the horses tied up outside. Awesome, ever present host and owner adds authenticity to the joint.

Totally awesome bar just off Roeland St that makes you feel like you just walked into a saloon bar in a Wild West frontiers town in America in the 1800s. Everything is perfectly done so it all goes together and feels real, and I believe that many if not all the artefacts that decorate the walls and ceiling are genuine. Other great touches, there is no electric lighting- it is all candles and storm lamps, and the team are appropriately dressed for the period. Great music, nooks to sit and a small space where people were dancing. Really worth a visit.
