I made an appointment in advanced, but by the time I arrived, no preparations were made. There were not items set out for me, no comfortable place for me to sit, no water, etc. That was very disappointing. While waiting for the transaction to complete, I had to REQUEST water & wander to the second floor to find a seat. The staff was super kind, but the overall shopping experience was definitely NOT up to my expectations.

Was served by a friendly lady named Lin and she was so helpful. You could feel how genuine she was in helping you find the product best suited for your needs. Best part is that she speaks English, mandarin and Japanese. Do head down to this flagship store and look for her if you’re looking for something from Bottega

My experience here was amazing. The staffs were very helpful, kind and polite. I was attended by a young male staff in the jodie bag section. He was also very patient with me as I was choosing which bags, and suggested different options.

Also the store has a lot of available products.
