This is the only post I have ever made. We reserved a triple room. When we arrived at the hotel they tried to give us a double room and tell us it was a triple. It was plain from the pictures that it was a double room and not a triple. They did not hold our reservation so they were trying to give us a different room. Hoping we wouldn't notice. When I called them out on it they claimed it was a triple girl. On their website it says all triple rooms have a couch had one double bed and no room for another bed or couch in the room. . It definitely was not a triple room if you go on their website you can clearly see the difference between a double room and a triple room. They were rude condescending and continued to interrupt when I would explain what happened. This hotel obviously does a bait and switch with much nicer pictures on their website and then they try to give you a much worse room. And they will lie to your face about the room they are giving you telling you it is a better room than what your eyes see.

I had the best stay in this lovely cozy hotel. I stayed for 2 nights. Dinner in the roof top restaurant was delicious with the best service. Everything was lovely and people were very sweet.
Location is great. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby

We had made the plan to visit Istanbul. due to travel ban and political unease in Turkey we canceled our trip. Since then we have been trying to contact the Hotel and wanted to speak to the manager to get a reimbursement for our trip but every time we have been told that the manager is saying to get the reimbursement from the third party we booked from which is hotels.com but the third party also is saying that the hotel is not ready to give the reimbursements. our whole trip is ruined because of the policy of this hotel. We have been continuously trying to contact them one month before the travel but there is no reply.

Where do I start?!

Let me make this easy for everyone, this is NOT 4 star hotel, i would give it 2 stars max! This hotel is the biggest letdown of my whole vacation. The worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My advice is book somewhere else and before you book, check reviews on other websites as Booking.com is not honest and only posts good reviews about a hotel.

Bad Points
- Booked a spacious Superior Triple Room with a sofa. I was given a tiny shoe box size room with large bed and a single folding bed with no sofa. No space to even walk! I was told that there is nothing they can do! Completely unacceptable!
- Bathroom needs a complete refit
- The walls are soo thin, you will hear other guests talking and playing extremely loud music and slamming doors, several times I had to knock on other rooms to put the music down because it’s 8am!
- The house keeping staff where also playing loud music when cleaning the rooms, I had to tell them to turn the music down because it woke me up. Soo unprofessional and zero respect for guests with Do NOT disturb signs on doors! It’s like they were at home!
- I booked this hotel specifically for the spa and pool, I didn’t bother using it because the whole area stunk of chlorine and water was dirty, I could see things floating on the surface of the water, absolutely disgusting!
- Breakfast room was soo small that there was people queuing up to get a table, breakfast was very boring and basic, not even the orange juicy was fresh, cordial orange juicy, seriously! I had breakfast once and didn’t bother waking up for it, instead chose to have breakfast out in a café.

Helpful concierge re places to visit and activities to do. Rooms clean and comfortable if a little compact but the location was great for access. If you are sound sensitive you could be bothered by the noise of the city and the trams that run outside the hotel.
The roof top restaurant has fabulous views across the city and the food is delicious. Very friendly.
I also had a Thai massage in the spa which was amazing. Sorted a crick in my shoulder 😁
