Ambience. D Service. A Food. B Price. A I call this a hidden "hole-in-wall". Found inside an Asian market in the middle of the block. Mismatched chairs, harsh fluorescence lighting and eating amongst the storage. You get to sit at counter or tables and watch your food being prepared and the dishes being washed. Both guys are very nice..but NOT brothers! morning If you want to get a taste to Korean. Ok, they use gochujang (I call this Korean spicy ketchup. ) I ordered bibimbop as was recommended by the cook. My fried egg was over cooked as I think requesting a runny egg was lost in translation and he gave me a fried YOLK egg. Cooked all the way. The ban Chan mixture of different Korean veggies was just okay. I miss a good ole fermented or spicy versions of kimchee. Also, I thought the rice became too mushy and some bits of the thinly slice beef was too tough or inedible. I did decide to get the chicken wings and was recommended the dakganjeong ( Korean sweet chili spices) wings. (I asked for extra chili powder on side to make more spicy...given on request). I did like the chicken wings. Nice crispy crust. Just not spicy enough with using gochujang they are serving. Would I stop by again... maybe for the wings.

Excellent little hidden gem here. Typical hole in the wall establishment with exceptionally great korean food. Located in the backside of the asian market. Very tasty food for a decent price. One of the best places for korean food i have found in Dublin.

Don't judge a book by its cover. This place might be a hole in the wall, but it is off the hook! The restaurant is inside a Korean grocery store, so it's easy to miss. Not enough seating area, so you'd be lucky if you can get a table. My friends brought me here because they said it was good, so I decided to try it. My friend Marvin got the Mussel soup, and it was huge! I tried a little bit of it, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Grilled Salmon Dosirak, and it was pretty good. I didn't eat the rice though, nor the little dessert that came with it. I only ate the Salmon, Soup, and Veggies and still filled me up! Very satisfying dinner.

Honestly just great, delicious food. My first time here the chef told me how everything worked. Sit yourself, order at the register and they bring the food to you. I got the chicken teriyaki, he cooked right in front of me. They serve insane portions. It was hot and yummy. Definitely coming back, it's the type of food you crave.

Decided to drop by because I haven't had any Korean food at all throughout my time in Ireland. It's tucked inside the asian grocery shop, but this place is delicious. 10/10 am coming back tomorrow. The prices are great and the portions are large. Quite authentic food and I really like their kimchi, just spicy enough and not too fresh or sour.

I had heard a lot of good things about brothers Dosirak, and was excited to finally make it in here after a cineworld date. You will have to walk through the shop first to get to the 'restaurant' part. It's super casual, with about 5 tables and some questionable music blaring from the speakers. Foodwise you can choose between around 8 authentic korean dishes, which come with miso soup and a few sides (scrambled tofu, coleslaw, kimchi) and a teeny tiny taster of dessert. For 8 euro it's incredible value!! There was so much food, that neither of us could finish it all (and we came hungry!) The staff were so friendly and they just introduced a loyalty card , after 7 dishes you get the 8th one free. I have to go more often so, to fill up my card! It's great for a quick bite and exceptional good food.

Stumbled across this little gem on Capel street the other day and I have to say I'm delighted I took a punt on it. I was trying to sandwich in a quick dinner between work and dancing and needed it to be filling but not stodgy and walking past the super Asian store I noticed some people eating. When I checked it out there was a little restaurant built into the Asian supermarket! There are 3 or 4 things on the menu each day, all freshly prepared and I would expect seasonal. I had the salmon teriyaki and it was amazing. The salmon melted in my mouth with just a little crunch on the pan fried side and the sauce was light, a little sweet and perfectly salty. The side of brown rice and barley was perfect with it, and I normally avoid brown rice like the plague. I am drooling just remembering it. The seats were comfortable, the atmosphere welcoming, informal and surprisingly relaxing for the middle of a supermarket and I wish I could have stayed longer. Overall this might become a weekly haunt of mine.

A lot of friends have been raving about this little Korean restaurant located inside an Asian market in Capel Street that I decided to try it out with my other friends. I was quite packed when we got there but the staff made space to accommodate the 5 of us. The chef greeted us with his big hello. He said that there is only one item in their food and it changes every day though the price remains the same at €7.95. The chef said there would be a delay with our food since the rice was still cooking which we did not mind and I appreciated the fact that he let us know. He told us to help ourselves to their soup of the day which was vegetable soup. The meal comes with a main course and three side dishes. There were side dishes of salad, kimchi and lasagna. Our main meal was a steak burger with rice. There was also a tiny yet cute dessert served in a disposable shot glass. It was chocolate Guinness mouse. The food was fantastic. We were stuffed. I think I've found Dublin's happiest restaurant!! Brother's Dosirak is tucked away in the back of Super Asian Store on Capel Street. Despite passing by here every day I hadn't noticed it - Yelp pointed it out to me! (Thaaanks Yelp!) We wandered in today, a little unsure of how the ordering process works, etc. The chef pointed out a couple of seats for us and gave us a run through of the day's menu. There were three choices; Bibimbap, pork belly or chicken wings. We opted for the first two. You pay at the till -dinner is 7.95 & lunch is 6.95! Amazing! All the food is made right in front of you - which is a show in itself. The chef and the three other ladies working there are so friendly! Chatting away to everyone as the food is made. The food itself doesn't disappoint either. The bibimbap was delicious, so fresh & healthy (the good healthy, not the 'sad lettuce leaf' kinda healthy). The pork belly was served on a long wooden tray and came with rice, kimchi, courgette, salad & a teeny but very tasty dessert. Although Brother's Dosirak haven't been open long I definitely see it becoming a staple on Capel Street!

Korean food is definitely taking off in Dublin and Brother's Dosirak is a great little addition to it. Nestled behind Super Asia Foods, you'll be greeted VERY loudly in Korean upon entering the restaurant which can be overwhelming but you can't help but be tickled by their enthusiasm. The menu consists of the usual bibimbap and a special bento box every day. It was the Korean pork ribs on our day, with kimchi and egg roll sides with free miso soup. Everything was delicious but if I was to complain, everything was too tasty if it makes sense? I would have preferred a bit more balance in the flavours. At €7.95 for the main, it is very good value and I'll definitely return to try out the other specials. Just be sure to turn up before 8.30 pm to make their last orders as the whole place closes at 9!
