Sono stato in questa pasticceria circa 4-5 anni fa, durante una vacanza estiva, e ne ho conservato un ricordo davvero positivo. Il locale era carino e accogliente, il personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, e l’esperienza fu davvero speciale. Durante una passeggiata decidemmo di entrare per provare i dolci, che si rivelarono fenomenali: grazie un’esplosione di sapori che ci deliziò a tal punto da incuriosirci anche per i loro prodotti invernali, in particolare i panettoni speciali, come quello ricoperto di pistacchio, accompagnato da un vasetto di crema spalmabile al pistacchio.
Purtroppo, per anni non siamo mai riusciti ad acquistarli, perché andavano letteralmente a ruba: nel negozio erano sold out, lo shop online non faceva in tempo a rifornirsi, e anche durante le fiere i panettoni più richiesti finivano in un batter d’occhio.
Quest’anno, con grande gioia, durante la nostra visita all’Artigiano in Fiera a Rho, siamo finalmente riusciti ad accaparrarci il famoso panettone tanto desiderato. Il prodotto è senza dubbio buono: il panettone è soffice e la glassa al pistacchio superiore è davvero gustosa, anche se, a mio parere, leggermente troppo dolce.
La crema al pistacchio inclusa nella box, invece, mi ha un po’ deluso. Sebbene sia buona, il sapore è troppo zuccherato, il che toglie quel caratteristico contrasto tipico del pistacchio.
Nel complesso, considerando la distanza e l’esportazione, il prodotto resta di buona qualità, ma non ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, soprattutto se confrontato con le prelibatezze assaggiate anni fa direttamente al negozio.
Un’esperienza positiva, ma con margini di miglioramento per quei dettagli che renderebbero il prodotto davvero eccezionale.

I was in this pastry shop about 4-5 years ago, during a summer holiday, and I kept really positive memories of it. The place was nice and welcoming, the staff were very kind and super helpful, and the experience was truly special. During a walk we decided to go in to try the desserts, which turned out to be phenomenal: thanks to an explosion of flavors that delighted us to the point of making us curious about their winter products too, in particular the special panettone, like the one covered with pistachio, accompanied from a jar of pistachio spreadable cream.
Unfortunately, for years we were never able to purchase them, because they were literally sold out: in the shop they were sold out, the online shop didn't have time to restock, and even during fairs the most requested panettone sold out in the blink of an eye.
This year, with great joy, during our visit to the Artigiano in Fiera in Rho, we finally managed to get hold of the famous panettone we so desired. The product is undoubtedly good: the panettone is soft and the pistachio glaze on top is really tasty, although, in my opinion, slightly too sweet.
The pistachio cream included in the box, however, disappointed me a little. Although it is good, the flavor is too sweet, which takes away that characteristic contrast typical of pistachio.
Overall, considering the distance and the export, the product remains of good quality, but it did not fully meet our expectations, especially when compared with the delicacies tasted years ago directly in the shop.
A positive experience, but with room for improvement for those details that would make the product truly exceptional.

Avevamo già preso le Colombe e adesso abbiamo preso i Panettoni (Divina Costiera e Gianduia).
Soffici e gustosi anche questa volta.
Ma voglio sottolineare la professionalità della gestione del mio ordine. Uno dei due panettoni è arrivato "ammaccato" e non appena l'ho segnalato tramite mail, loro hanno provveduto immediatamente all'invio di un nuovo panettone. Celeri e disponibili. Bravi oltre al gusto

Sono rimasto scontento poiché ho acquistato un panettone artigianale al pistacchio da regalare. Il barattolo contenente la crema di pistacchio non era confezionato in modo corretto e lo abbiamo trovato già aperto. Il panettone buono ma praticamente ho pagato 33 euro per un panettone che sembrava quasi un gusto classico. Segnalo maggiore attenzione nel confezionamento. Grazie

I was dissatisfied because I purchased an artisanal pistachio panettone as a gift. The jar containing the pistachio cream was not packaged correctly and we found it already open. Lo scorso anno mi hanno regalato il panettone" Cuore Nero" ed è stato uno dei peggiori panettoni mai assaggiati.Non mi è piaciuto né l'impasto per niente soffice né la farcitura risultata veramente stucchevole. Siamo clienti storici della pasticceria. Quando avevano un solo punto vendita e non erano "famosi" era tutto veramente buonissimo, genuino, non industriale, si sentiva davvero il sapore della terra del Cilento. Da qualche anno ormai da "quando riempiono le pagine dei giornali " di premi foto ecc.. producono un prodotto che neanche nelle peggiori pasticcerie si trova. Faccio un esempio la pasta di mandorle che era un'eccellenza, un sapore unico, morbidissimi anche a distanza di giorni. Adesso sono diventate delle pietre che se le lanci ti tornano indietro, ma questo è il meno.. hanno un sapore un gusto strano all'interno sono da buttare per non rischiare peggio.In tutto ciò non parliamo dei prezzi alle stelle che hanno. Ma se un prodotto vale nulla da dire sul prezzo. Purtroppo i premi e le foto oltre alle pareti sono davanti agli occhi di ormai non produce più e non lavora con i prodotti e i tempi di una volta. Chiudete tutto, anzi togliete i trofei e le foto appese,  e fate prodotti che si possono mangiare. Ultimo consiglio ma voi prima di mettere in vendita assaggiate quello che avete fatto???

We are historic customers of the pastry shop. When they had only one point of sale and they weren't "famous" everything was really delicious, genuine, not industrial, you could really feel the flavor of the Cilento land. For a few years now since "when they fill the pages of the newspapers" with photo awards etc.. they have been producing a product that cannot be found even in the worst pastry shops. I'll give you an example: almond paste which was excellent, with a unique flavour, very soft even after days. Now they have become stones that if you throw them they will come back to you, but that's the least of it... they have a strange taste inside they should be thrown away to avoid risking worse. In all this we are not talking about the sky-high prices they have. But if a product is worth nothing to say about the price. Unfortunately, the awards and photos as well as the walls are before the eyes of now no longer produces and does not work with the products and times of the past. Close everything, or rather remove the trophies and hanging photos, and make products that can be eaten. Last piece of advice, but before selling, do you taste what you've made???
