Vem kunde tro att ett litet (mycket vackert) boutiquehotell, undangömt i en lugn återvändsgränd i hjärtat av Florens skulle vara sätet för en underbar ny fin middagsupplevelse? Mat utmärkt, Service härlig (och med detta menar jag professionell men inte kvav och full av leenden) atmosfär, bekväma väl upplysta och mysiga.... En riktigt trevlig överraskning

Otroligt prisfix! Vi valde bara fyra rätter, men blev överraskade med ytterligare amuse bouche. Vi hade haft en fantastisk avsmakningsmeny kvällen innan i MIlan, men Luca var ännu bättre. Både mat och Service var i toppklass!

La Gemmas gourmetrestaurang – Luca’s – kombinerar toskanska och argentinska rätter. Kocken Paulo Airauldo, hälften Italienska och hälften argentinska, har satt en ny snurr på det klassiska Italienska köket. Ingredienserna är lokalt anskaffade i Toscana men ges en modern, lätt twist. Rätter inkluderar tagliolini med getsmör, ansjovis, Sorrento citron och kaviar, och röd snapper med bagna calda sås. Räkor är särskilt goda – rekommenderas starkt.

Den fem - rätters avsmakningsmeny var utmärkt. Personalen är så Välkomnande och kunnig. Precis som Florens själv är det elegant och stilrent, och tallrikarna är vackert gjorda. Inte att missa.

Upplevelsen var helt fantastisk. Vi hälsades varmt, och hela personalen såg till att varje ögonblick var tillfredsställande. Deras cocktails är underbara , valde alkoholfria som de har massor av alternativ och fyrarätters avsmakningsmenyn är ett otroligt alternativ, ett måste att prova . Allt var sprängfyllt av smaker.

Wow, vilken upplevelse! Allt var perfekt arrangerat, maten var enastående, vi älskade det så mycket! Det toppade våra förväntningar högt!

Utrymmet är designat i art déco-stil och har mjuka sammetssittningar, utsikt över vinutbudet och slående svartvita inramade foton av Rio de Janeiro. Med Michelin i spetsen - stjärnkocken Paulo Airaudo, presenterar restaurangen en modern tolkning av klassiska florentinska rätter. Fantastisk och utmärkt service ! Luca’s by Paulo Airaudo, är ett exklusivt matkoncept som utformats för att visa upp klassiska toskanska rätter när de är som bäst. Till exempel är ”Röda räkor rödbetor, dill och gräddfil” och ”Wagyu, lök, mitake svamp och dess sås” läckra. Utsökt och underbart!

Luca’s är en relativt ny fine dining restaurang inom Gemma Hotel. Vi åt middag på onsdag kväll och restaurangen var mycket tyst men det förtjänar att stödjas. Vi valde 4 rätters avsmakningsmeny ... . som tillsammans med 3 underbara nöjen - bouche gjorde en helt enkelt sensationell matupplevelse - varje rätt var en ”wow”. Jag kan inte ens välja en favorit. Denna plats förtjänar stor framgång - det är inte en varje natt restaurang men det är ett "måste" under din vistelse i Florens.

Ett fint ställe med ett begränsat antal avsmakningsmenyer. Menyn var på ett sätt typiskt italiensk: antipasti, pasta, kött/fisk, dessert men varje tallrik utvecklar de traditionella smakerna till smthg special. Tyvärr var restaurangen ganska tom och det fanns ingen riktig atmosfär. Tjänsten var mycket närvarande, lite för mycket. Jag är väldigt glad att vi kom till restaurangen men jag tror inte att jag skulle komma tillbaka.
