Great old disorganized (to us) bookstore! The surly owner will find you what you need. Do NOT use your phone in there - use your brain instead ;)

The owner guards the place as if it’s an infinite well of fabergé eggs. In actual fact, it’s a bunch of ill kept, tatty books.
I asked if he had any books in English to which he aggressively replied, ‘This is NORWAY’. I then proceeded to find quite a few English books. It seems like he resents custom.
I was only in there 5 minutes and he managed to be rude about almost everything possible. I hope it shuts down and the books go to a more deserving charity shop. Try Fretex instead, they were much nicer!

Doesnt even let me in, doesnt accept i had massive interest in art books and even i told him i search for a special book. He told me in a polite way im not welcomed here and "tourist never bought something here" but so i cant recommend. Not the true idea of Antique Shops to me but it is how it is. Sometimes you go into a shop and there was nothing you were looking for

Went to walk in and told me to put my phone away in my purse. He walked in front of me and then blocked me from the rest of the store. Messy and not in a good way.
