Very interesting place. We went for almuerzo and were nicely impressed by their selection of bocadillos, and how good their were. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting to come back and try their offer for lunch or dinner. But regarding almuerzo, it is definitely a hidden gem. The price is a bit more expensive than usual though.

We had a truly wonderful dinner — one of the best meals we've ever had in Valencia. We tried the tasting menu, and every single dish was absolutely exceptional. It was a real culinary journey.
We are completely thrilled with the whole experience, from start to finish. In particular, we want to highlight how friendly and attentive Jesus was — his warmth and professionalism made the evening even more special.

The food was great. There was a three course menu for 27 euro on Sunday. Reservation is needed in peak hours. Highly recommended. Not too touristic and visited mostly by locals.

Very nice experience.   Treated well without  reservation.   Menu del Dia costs 28E but is high quality.   Really liked the rare curry and the lemon souffle.

I had the most amazing almuerzo at this restaurant! Their sandwiches were absolutely delicious—packed with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The perfect combination of textures and tastes made every bite a delight. Highly recommend trying them out!

Vi hittade denna restaurang helt av en slump - vi hade en fantastisk måltid med exceptionell service från Max och Jesus. Värt att komma tillbaka till Valencia bara för att äta här igen!

Atmosp re har nyligen öppnats i det utrymme som tidigare ockuperades av El Salatin mitt emot botaniska trädgårdarna i Valencia. På torsdag-, fredag- och lördagskvällar erbjuder det en "smakprovning" -meny på € 25; detta utesluter vin och kaffe. Efter att ha reserverat ett bord tidigare i veckan blev jag förvånad över att restaurangen ringde mig på dagen för att kontrollera att vi fortfarande skulle äta middag den kvällen - något som ingen annan restaurang i Valencia någonsin har gjort. Restaurangen är ganska stor, men det saknar atmosfären som finns några mindre anläggningar. Med nakna väggar och stora glasfönster tenderade ljudnivån att vara ganska hög eftersom det var upptaget på kvällen på vårt besök. Efter att ha satt oss och fått våra menyer, återvände servitören mycket snabbt - för snabbt - för att ta vår beställning. Vi indikerade att vi skulle vilja ha ett glas vin innan vi beställde och bad om glas cava. Detta kom inte ännu servitören återvände igen för att ta vår beställning. Vi vägrade artigt att beställa och bad igen om vinet vi hade beställt. Så snart vinet kom, återvände servitören igen för att be om vår beställning. Vi började känna att vi inte var välkomna matgäster, utan bara ett bord som ska serveras så snabbt som möjligt. Det saknades i sin egen koksås och det fanns inga bevis på morötter, små lökar eller knappsvampar som många toppchefer inkluderar i denna maträtt. Öknarna inkluderade äppeltartin och chokladbrunie med cr me anglaise; båda var väldigt bra men cr me anglaise var nästan kallt, väldigt tunt och hade tydligt vispats snarare än omrört. Vinlistan är kort och består av främst måttligt prissatta spanska viner tillsammans med ett par franska. Vinet vi valde var ett spanskt och var mycket bra värde. Denna restaurang har ett öppet kök och när vi lämnade var jag förvånad över att se två brickor med färdiga förrättar som lämnats ute i köket, snarare än att förvaras i kylaren. Mitt helhetsintryck är av en restaurang som försöker ställa sig ovanför andra, men misslyckas av flera skäl. Om denna restaurang ska överleva och blomstra på just denna plats - bortom Torres de Quart, tror jag att den snabbt måste granska vad den erbjuder, både i form av mat och service. Den väntande personalen verkar känna sig pressad att betjäna alla så snabbt som möjligt, vilket tar bort mycket av nöjet att äta här. Till € 25 plus vin och kaffe, jag känner till mycket bättre alternativ för en trevlig, avslappnad och maklig måltid här i Valencia.

Två gånger åkte vi dit och det var inte öppet. Andra gången var 23/4 vid 8. 30 AM, stängd. Tecknet vid dörren står öppet vid 8. 15 och webbplatsen står öppen kl 8. 30. Google säger öppet kl 9. 00 AM Väldigt förvirrande. Och synd att vi inte var där i slutet.

Denna plats hade rekommenderats av en vän, bizart har vi också föreslagit att andra borde försöka, men har aldrig kommit hit själva. Jo det levde upp till förväntningarna. Charmig värd och vänlig effektiv personal. Komplement till den stora maten. Det finns en fast måltid (ca 14 euro) som ändras dagligen. För 22 euro väljer värden två förrätter, två elnät och två öknar. Något mindre: men fantastiskt Idag hade vi anka sallad, sedan kronärtskockor och bläckfisk. Elnätet var lasagne då det mest utsökta fläsket. Tarte tatin gav allt en fransk touch. Den var packad. Publiken var också vänlig och chattade bort till oss. Bästa boken på upptagna dagar. Det ligger inbäddat i franska institutet, nära torget i Tossal, i Carmen. Det är tyvärr inte öppet helger

Vi gick till denna dolda pärla på rekommendation av vår foodie tour guide. Det var en bra styrning! Maten, en lätt soppa, en läcker smörgås och en god efterrätt var bara perfekt för vår tidiga lunch (2 pm är en tidig lunch i Spanien). Väggmålningen av Paris befrielse var en bra miljö. Värmen på en juli eftermiddag i Valencia kompenseras av perfekt placerade paraplyer. Priser, som de flesta restauranger i Valencia var mycket rimliga. Det tog lite att hitta platsen, även med quirky GPS-hjälp, men det ligger i ett bra område i Gamla Stan. Denna roliga plats rekommenderas starkt.

Popped in till frukost men jag ville ha något utan bröd och det fanns ingenting på menyn. När vi beställde bocadillos sa servitrisen mycket liten och så vi beställde mer men de var stora när de kom så vi beställde över. Men kom ut mycket billigt. Trevlig miljö i franska institutet.

Hade en lunch med utökad familj. Utmärkt service och mat. Varje maträtt var noggrant planerad och som presenteras. Göra bokningar.

Vi gick det som grupp för lunch. Med Tripadvisors stjärna på dörren jag väntade mig lite .... bättre. Den plats har inte någon speciell stämning / ambiance / det känns. Bara en plats att äta och inget mer (jag skulle inte ens prova en romantisk måltid där). Min fläsk var bra förutom kanterna som var mycket torrt (bodde i en "varmare" för lång? Men vi var där TIDIGT! ). Salladen var ... Jag tror inte det var väl genomtänkta. Den berömda apple tårta -- det var bra (mycket för äpplen) - men det framgår inte var den bästa apple tårta jag ätit i mitt liv ... Jag tror att det här stället är över=värderas högt av granskarna .... Men, jag kanske bara hade en dålig dag?

Vi njöt av en 3 rätters lunch i en vacker innergård. Servitörerna är huvudsak franskt och verkligen vänliga. Otroligt värde för pengarna och utmärkt uppmärksamhet på detaljer : -)

Detta är det perfekta lunchstället! För 11 Euro, exklusive dricka, får du en trerätters med förrätt, lunch och efterrätt. Du har tre alternativ att välja mellan/rätt. Maten var väldigt god och smakrik. Personalen var vänlig och väldigt hjälpsam. Restaurangen var fräsch och hade en terass för dagar med bättre väder än det vi upplevde.

Jag gillade att menyn är mycket enkelt. Maten var fantastisk och värt varenda öre! Och energi inne i restaurangen var så vacker och lugn. Tveka inte, åk! Merci beacoup!

Vi upplevde den här restaurangen på en kall januari dag. Vi satt utanför under terrassvärmare och hade en mycket trevlig måltid. Restaurangen i sig är liten, men maten är bra och personalen mycket vänlig och inredningen är trevligt. Restaurangen är i den franska institutet.
