We recently stayed at the Radisson and, unfortunately, left with a disappointing experience on our last day. After checking out, we had a few hours to wait before catching our train, so we picked up some takeaway food to bring along. We decided to sit in the hotel’s bar area with our luggage for a few minutes and planned to order drinks shortly.

Despite the bar having plenty of available seats, a staff member approached us within five minutes, informing us that outside food and drinks weren’t allowed in the restaurant area. I explained that we weren’t planning to eat there; we were simply resting and about to order from their menu. However, she still directed us to move to the outside seating area, which wasn’t comfortable for waiting with luggage, especially on high chairs.

On top of this, the breakfast options also felt underwhelming. The selection was repetitive each day, with limited warm options available, which didn’t meet the expectations we had for a 4-star hotel.

Overall, I understand that policies around food and drink must be followed, but it was disappointing not to feel more welcomed as guests. Many other hotels would handle this situation with more care and hospitality. This was our first time staying at a Radisson, and unfortunately, it left us with a poor impression. I hope the hotel considers a more guest-centered approach.

Been here during New Year’s Eve ate dinner with my husband. We both enjoyed the delicious food and live music.

I really liked the place. They say it was renovated. It was overcrowded. The bartenders are doing great job, I also enjoyed the music selection. They say it is always full on Fridays’ evenings.

We had drinks here a few times while we stayed at the hotel, and the drinks were good and it was a fun vibe here but the service lacked quite a bit which was disappointing. However still was a good time visiting, definitely would come again.
