From the start to finish the experience was amazing.  The food was good the service was fantastic.  Would love to try more food from the menu but we were too full.  Marco was very attentive and very pleasant.  He made our experience enjoyable and our food taste even better when he’s always smiling. Will definitely come back.  The only disappointment was the Diet Coke cost $6.  I might as well order alcohol.  And we sat next to an obnoxious and noisy table.  They think they own the restaurant.  They should not be at the centre of the room.

We had an amazing time celebrating my daughter’s birthday at Black + Blue! The food was absolutely fantastic—every dish was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was elegant and made the occasion even more special. A huge shoutout to our waiter, Sasha, for his professionalism and outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our celebration. Highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable dining experience!

I had an incredible dining experience at Black and Blue! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The highlight of the night was our server, Lawrence—hands down the best server ever. He was personable, had a great character, and made the entire evening even more enjoyable with his attentive service and friendly demeanor.

The steak was absolutely fantastic—cooked to perfection with incredible flavor. The wine selection was top-notch and paired beautifully with our meal. And to top it all off, the cake was divine. Every bite of the meal was a treat for the senses.

If you’re looking for an outstanding steakhouse experience with great food and even better service, Black and Blue is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!

Just had an amazing dinner at Black and Blue for our anniversary. We purchased the "Buy Up" special for 2. It included wagyu beef tataki, and carpaccio for starters 4oz of each per person of USDA prime sirloin and A5 wagyu striploin, sides included mashed potatoes, cauliflower gratin and a tower of onion rings. Sauces that were included were red wine jus, bearnaise and chimichurri. The dessert was a chocolate cake for two. Our waiter was LLOYD and he was spectacular!!!! He guided us on extra food to order and what not to order. We opted to only order some fresh oysters as he was adamant that the meal for two was going to be a lot of food. And he was correct. The food was rich and delicious. We also took his opinion for the cook of the steaks and they were cooked spot on. I hope to be able to go back to Black and Blue for dinner in the near future and I really hope that we get Lloyd as our server. As we were there celebrating our anniversary, Lloyd made an extra effort to make it a special afternoon and added on an extra little cake called "Butter Cake"for our anniversary celebration. It was like a pillow of buttery heaven in my mouth 🤤😋 (the lighting wasn't the greatest for pictures)

We’ve been coming here for many years now.  They never disappoint.  Came here on a Friday night.  It was a full house.  Make sure to make a reservation for your party.  Really nice atmosphere.  This restaurant is what you’d expect from downtown Vancouver restaurants.  Service is always exceptional here.  All staff are extremely friendly.  They’re all very talkative.  The food was a “good” on this night.  The prime ribs were not the most tender, but was ok.  Other than that, the rest of the dishes were excellent!  Table side salad was really good, must order every time.  Would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Vi tittade in måndagen den 27 oktober för Happy Hour och båda åt Jerk Chicken Flatbread. Och Servicen var lysande, från hälsningen vid ytterdörren till vår server Elin. Rekommenderar starkt!

Svart + Blå sviker aldrig. Atmosfären är elegant men ändå livlig, Servicen konsekvent uppmärksam och biffarna är bland de bästa i Vancouver. Det torra - lagrade revbensspjället - ögat var perfekt tillagat, och hummermoset var den perfekta sidan. Vår server Lisa var helt underbar — professionell, uppmärksam och gjorde kvällen känns speciell. En sann fem - stjärnig upplevelse.

Vi har besökt svart och blått i flera år och på detta besök fick vi den mest varma och Välkomnande Service som tillhandahålls av Mr. Hasan. Han gjorde definitivt vårt besök roligare.

En mycket trevlig kväll! Vi åt båda revbensspjäll som var perfekt och oklanderligt serverat av Anita! Vi rekommenderar starkt Black + Blue!

Efter att ha fått reda på att Black + Blue var anslutet till Five Sails och Riley’s där vi hade exceptionella måltider dagar innan vi bestämde oss för att ge Black + Blue ett försök också. Chefen från Five Sails ringde för att få oss en bokning för nästa natt. Jag har aldrig känt mig så speciell förut. Vi möttes omedelbart och satt vid ett mycket trevligt bord, efter att vi satt och gick igenom menyn värdinnan märkte att det fanns en högljudd grupp vid ett närliggande bord frågade om vi skulle vilja sitta på nytt vid ett tystare bord. Vi var omplacerade och hälsade omedelbart som tog utmärkt hand om oss. Hon erbjöd förslag och såg till att vi blev väl omhändertagna. Vi älskade hennes spunkiga personlighet och stora sinne för humor. Chefen gjorde ett skämt om att vilja ge oss en bättre upplevelse än Five Sails! Vi började med burrata och arvegodssallad som var exceptionell. Min oxfilé och min mans revben var jättegoda. Jag rekommenderar starkt Black + Blue. (Notera att vara + vara ledning - Håll fast vid Anita. Hon är en pärla och en stor representant)
