Worth another visit. Under new management and now with a nice selection of very well crafted beers. Server was excellent and supplied some further samples of other tasty lagers. The open doors on the first warm day of spring added to the laid back vibe of the whole place. Have not enjoyed my visit here in the past but was pleasantly surprised last weekend!

We were here on a Thursday evening. The beer selection is great, so is the staff. Very good food options which are a notch better than your average pub food. The space has a very charming ambience. Loved the use of the barrels and open vat views. They also have a private event room upstairs which is wheelchair accessible via an elevator. Samantha was amazing and showed us around. Would highly recommend going here for beer and some great time.

Northern Mavericks Brewery was a great place to stop in at.  So glad we did.  5 days in the city and 4 happy hours had.   The daytime server Row made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay in the city even better.
Then there was Silas, the evening gent that kept our drinks full and the conversation going.  Will definitely be back on our next venture to Toronto.  Thanks again from the Sasky's that got hosed by Billy Joel.

Food was outstanding, beer to match. Recommend the fried chicken especially, but the pizza, burger and Bao were amazing too.

Personalen är mycket hjälpsam från bokningen till evenemangets slut. Maten var utsökt! Jag älskar inredningen. Jag rekommenderar starkt att du bokar dina privata funktioner här eftersom det är den perfekta platsen.

Stoppade in för att prova några få öl (hade inte något att äta på den här resan). Åkte till baren, och jag bestämde mig för att gå med en flygning. Alla fyra öl jag hade var bra. Jag började med deras festbier, som jag aldrig skulle ha gett var en festbier baserad på färgen! Prövade också Lager, Hefe och APA på kranen vid den tiden. Bartendern var vänlig och svarade på vilka frågor vi hade. Rekommenderad!

Bra service och atmosfär. Menyn var lite begränsad men allt vi beställde var bra. Menyn med bred dryck och alla som beställde någon av Maverick-ölen hade bra saker att säga om dem.

När det gäller bryggerier i stadens centrum är den förmodligen min favorit. Vi hade uppmärksam informationstjänst när vi valde ölflyg. Lunch och dryck specialerbjudanden är prisvärda, som i menyn i allmänhet. Jag älskar det enorma, öppna, ljusa utrymmet som bryggeriet är inrättat i. Sammantaget ett trevligt rent koncept med bra priser. Platser i kärnan kan ibland vara dyra eller intetsägande - jag tror att Northern Maverick är någonstans i mitten men ändå en mycket bättre upplevelse.

Sitter på uteplatsen i en timme vid happy hour, vi hade tre olika servrar, men ingen kom någonsin tillbaka en andra gång. Happy hour mat prissättning i kraft fram till 6:30, men ingen personal kom vid bordet från 6: 15 pm på. När vi flaggade ner servern klockan 6: 33, fick vi veta för sent för happy hour-menyn, eftersom datorn inte skulle ta ordern. Chockerande, så betalat fullt menyns pris för entr e-storlek matvaror. Skrämmande och ingen synlig förvaltning. Det finns för många bra restauranger och barer i området för att klara av denna nivå av ineffektivitet

Vi hade nöjet att ha vårt bröllop och mottagning, som planerades från utlandet, på Northern Maverick Brewing Co och vi kunde inte ha gjort ett bättre val. Kommunikationen var mycket jämn och snabb, och när vi hade vårt genombrott var alla involverade hjälpsamma och glada över vår stora dag. På dagen själva hjälpte de till att ställa allt precis som vi önskade och tjänsten var en av de bästa vi någonsin har haft. Personalen kontrollerade kontinuerligt om alla hade mat och / eller drycker, barnen var omhändertagna vid behov och vi (bruden och brudgummen) hade knappt tid att inse när våra glasögon behövde en påfyllning. Underbar atmosfär, god mat och utmärkt personal!

Vi åkte hit till lunch och drycker före ett baseballspel. Utrymmet är väl utformat och rymligt med bekväma sittplatser och naturligt ljus från två sidor. Till lunch hade vi charcuteriebrädet med ett stort urval av ost, kött, bröd och inlagda grönsaker. Medan maten var fantastisk var ölen fantastisk. "Tart of Darkness" var minnesvärd och jag var särskilt imponerad av Lager. Bra gjort!

Jag ville så illa att tycka om denna plats, som jag bor ovanför. Men tyvärr, efter min 3: e fruktansvärda upplevelse kan jag ärligt säga att denna plats är hemskt. Inredningen, utrymmet själv och uteplatsen ger ett bra första intryck. Tyvärr tjänsten som alltid varit fattig, maten, okej, har alltid tagit alldeles för länge, kom inte ut alls, kom ut väldigt fel eller levererades kallt. Hela menyn är grovt över priser; från sina drycker. . . . en $ 13 medioker Caesar (i ett område där du kan få utmärkta för $ 5 och under), deras namnge öl ($ 11 + för 13-16 oz) till deras $ 22 cheeseburger. Jag vet att King West är inte billigt men det här stället är väldigt dyrt och konsekvent hemskt. Om förvaltningen inte retool snabbt, går denna plats under.

Vi började på eftermiddagen med drycker och popcorn - bacon popcorn! Och allt var gott. Till middag beställde vi kockarna speciella, köttpjäsen. Det var utsökt! Men beskrivningen sade brun sås men det fanns ingen. Skulle ha hjälpt det säkert. Tjänsten var standard. Vi kunde snälla höra rykten om att de var korta bemannade så förnuft varför vår server verkade lite gjort. Men ändå bra. Maten var fantastisk. Drycker var bra. Jag är en stor fan av prins och de hade en drink som heter Purple Rain så uppenbarligen var tvungen att testa det och jag rekommenderar det starkt! Vi stannade på Thompson hotel och denna plats var inom gångavstånd som var fantastisk!

En livlig kausal sport bar atmosfär, men inte exakt en bra eller minnesvärd middagsupplevelse. Öl är ganska medioker och inte mycket konsekvent när det gäller smak, och märkligt är deras cocktails mycket bättre men dyr. Deras öl är beroende av ljus- och citrusmakar som verkar vädja till många människor, men ger hela sitt val en mycket enkel anteckning eller saknar i mångfald eller sofistikering när jag haft deras provsmakningsflygning. För dem som uppskattar goda öl, leta någon annanstans. Delar är små och inte mycket tillfredsställande och menyn är mycket dyrt särskilt när maten inte är särskilt stellar. Charcuterie styrelsen var bra, men vid 24 $ väntade jag en anständig portion (det kan vara en anständig del för bara två som en aptitretare), och det skulle också vara mycket svårt att röra upp en Charcuterie Board. De andra plattorna är dyr på $ 15-35 och 3 eller 4 tallrikar skulle vara perfekta att dela per person för att göra en tillfredsställande måltid. Restaurangen har ofta buck-a-shuck ostron och öl, whisky och vin för $ 5 som deras happy hour specials. Jag har varit på sin stora och vidsträckta uteplats ett par gånger, men deras uteplats fronter på en mycket upptagen och farlig korsning (Bathurst & Adelaide), för att inte tala om i King West så det är inte ett mycket trevligt ställe att umgås med buller av konstant honking trafik, sportbilar skrämmande revving sina motorer och annan trafik kaos som passerar. Vi kom på en fredag ​​kväll runt 9 pm. Vi satt på uteplatsen (ingen väntetid) som hade en mycket trevlig atmosfär. Det var inte alltför trångt eller bullrigt. Tjänsten var bra och min mat var utsökt. Jag är vegetarian och det var inte så många alternativ men jag hade squash ricotta kakor som min huvudsakliga och jag kommer definitivt att gå tillbaka för dem igen! Vi gick inte inuti restaurangen men det såg snyggt inredda med en avslappnad atmosfär.

Utmärkt en dollar oyster på söndag från 4 pm. Bra service och trevlig inredning, den stora uteplatsen med fantastisk utsikt över gata mary kyrka är fantastisk att koppla av och njuta av sommarvädret.
