I made reservations for dinner as my friends were craving for Thai food. The host was gracious and was able to seat us when we arrived. It was busy, the waiter came in and took our drink orders. I was under the impression that the Thai restaurants always have an option to choose the protein. As a vegan I typically choose Tofu with the choice of my entrees. It was my mistake that I did not check the menu thoroughly to see of they offer any vegan/vegetarian options.

The restaurant is mainly a sea food restaurant. That being said the waiter was able to place orders for us without having any sea food/fish sauce in our dishes.

- The curry puffs were phenomenal. Green curry and Pad Thai tasted so good! Absolutely the best pad Thai i have had so far (and I eat Thai food very often)

- The cocktails were well crafted.

- The manager came in and checked with us a couple of times to make sure our orders are okay and apologized for the delay in our orders.

Will definitely come back the next time I am in CDMX.

Congratulations to Yaz and his team! Hands down the best Mediterranean restaurant I’ve ever visited. The atmosphere is relaxed yet classy, the service is friendly without being familiar, and the food is beyond compare. It is fresh and perfectly prepared. The falafel was moist and flavorful, not dry and bland as is typical. If you dislike tabbouleh because it can be bitter, try it here. It is made to order and the best you will ever experience. The waiters are the most attentive I’ve had in Mexico. The dancer was fun too!!!

Do yourself a favor, and eat here!. Yaz the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, right at a quiet street corner with soft lighting, and great ambience. The live instrumental music provided a soothing accompaniment to an enjoyable and well-served meal. Incredible options for all dietary restrictions and allergens.

Yaz was kind enough to indulge our questions on how he ended up where he is today. Lovely human being, with a very attentive staff.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by genuine staff. The owner came out and greeted us. I have food allergies and they were so accommodating without compromising the taste of the food. Blown away by the service, and quality of the food. The atmosphere was very cool. I even Shazam’d a few of their playlist songs! We will definitely go back! Thank you for creating an amazing experience for us!

Had such a nice experience here. Was a little later in the evening about 9:45 so was nice and chill vibes. The staff were all very friendly and everything we ordered was tasty! Would highly recommend.

En av de mest fascinerande sakerna med Mexico City, med tanke på dess historia, arkitektur, atmosfär och mer, är dess otroliga mångfald av människor och mat! Vi hade möjlighet att upptäcka Jayi av misstag när vi gick ner dess grannskap i hörnet av Medellín och Tabasco i Roma-området. Vi var glada att vi gjorde det! Denna otroliga restaurang som ägs av två bröder baserar sitt kök från jordanska och libanesiska rötter. Men de erbjuder ett utsökt utbud av traditionella och vissa fusion arabiska, libanesiska, egyptiska, jordanska, irakiska och mexikanska kök! Detta öppna - luft café fångade vår uppmärksamhet i samma ögonblick som vi nådde motsatt hörn. Det visuella i det öppna hörnet, doften av dofter från Mellanöstern som fladdrade i luften lockade oss att komma in. Vi gjorde inga misstag, mellan dess atmosfär, inredning, Service sedan maten, vi var fascinerade. Deras menyutbud är omfattande från hummus med olivolja och persilja eller med kikärtor eller egyptisk stil stark sås, till ris med linser av ris, av karamelliserad lök och arabiska kryddor, till flera stilar av fyllda druvblad och grönsaker till traditionella egyptiska och irakiska rätter, ris, tomat, lök och traditionella kryddor, och rullade med druvblad till olika falafelbollar - carte du jour verkade oändlig. Jayi betyder bror på arabiska som meddelar att två bröder kör denna härliga resto och gör ett mer än utmärkt jobb med att erbjuda njutning av sådan otrolig matlagning. Efter att artigt och trevligt ha förts till vårt bord, var vi glada att omedelbart prova de gastronomiska aromer vi kände, men genom vårt ätande. Vi blev inte bestörta, det var helt otroligt. Vi hade de mest magnifika återgivningar av Tabouleh, Lentil Soup, Kibbeh, blandade Hummus och färsk från Saj griddle Pita.

Jag är inte ett stort fan av så mycket mexikansk mat och ville ha en förändring. Vilken stor förändring denna libanesiska restaurang är. Maten var fantastisk och dryckeslistorna utmärkta. Kunde inte klandra tjänsten heller.

En jordansk restaurang med utsökt mat, särskilt hummus, sallad och arabiska kryddor. Servicen var lite långsam, och servitörerna verkade lite förvirrad. Priserna var rimliga.
