I thought this was a nice hotel, but not worth the amount of money they are charging. I stayed at the Sofitel as well and found it to be a more luxurious experience. Specifically, the gym and the "executive lounge" are in desperate need of renovations. Overall, it's a lovely hotel, you won't be disappointed with your stay, but I can't say that it justifies the price and the other luxury options in the city feel like better value.

Very large, clean and comfortable rooms are probably the focal point here.

I stayed here twice for business back in Dec 2024 and Feb 2025. In terms of living comfort, rooms are very spacious and clean. Functional aspects were great with a very large TV supporting your own streaming services (such as YouTube/Netflix). UBS sockets scattered around the room and a good selection of toiletries. Great views when room is facing pool side.

Very friendly staff and excellent location. I felt very safe walking around Polanco (considered a posh part of town) even at night. There are a great selection of restaurants in the area at very reasonable prices and the hotel is situated within a leisurely walk to key attractions like the Museum of Anthropology & Castle Chapultepec.

Only one outdoor pool but it is heated and sits in a nice terrace area. The one major let down is that the gym is extremely tiny so feels very crowded at busy times.

Despite this overall positive review, this hotel is very expensive and were it not my company covering the costs, I would not pay my own money to stay here. I'm sure there are similar nice alternative hotels at a much cheaper price but if you got cash to splash, this is a very comfortable hotel.

Stayed for a week in October during the F1.
The hotel is great and everything you can expect, but Jaqueline the lady that it’s always in the spa/pool was absolutely out of this world. She was polite, welcoming and made our morning swims extraordinary. Always going above and beyond for my 1 year old and me.
Thank you so much.
I hope I get to see her this year during the F1 week.
People like her make hotel stays a pleasure, instead of a task.

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was 1 staff in particular who stood out above and beyond. Janette's customer service is simply outstanding.

It was a nice stay. Hotel has good location,  a lot of restaurants around and parks. We where been upgrate to a junior corner suite with a great city view. But, executive  lounge, it was  my only disappointment. Food offerings where subpar. They limited consumption to two glasses of wine per person. Which is of a low quality. Further more, they do not serve beer or other alcoholic drinks. Worse JW Marriott executive lounge we are been.

Miriam och hennes rekommendationer var fantastisk och Servicen och maten var stor. Jag skulle definitivt komma tillbaka till denna plats för att äta när som helst.

Som gäster på JW Marriott i Polanco valde vi att äta på Corsi Restuarant eftersom det ligger inom hotellets område. Vi hade en sådan upphöjd upplevelse att vi valde att återvända flera gånger. Personalen gav uppmärksam service och omedelbart fick oss att känna sig bekväma och välkomna. Särskilt vår servitör Jacinto erbjöd polerad och top notch service. Han är helt klart stolt över sitt arbete och är mycket kunnig . Maten i sig är av hög kvalitet, vackert upplagd och utsökt, vilket visar upp en hög standard av kulinarisk skicklighet. Våra middagar på Corsi gav en minnesvärd upplevelse till vår semester i Mexico City. Ingen annan restaurang i JW Marriott kommer ens i närheten av vad Corsi erbjuder, och detta är en missa inte restaurang oavsett var i Mexico City man bor.

Detta var en vacker TOPPKVALITET! Atmosfären, vibbarna, kundservicen var över förväntan. Carlos var mycket vänlig, hans gästfrihet var stor! Liksom Jacinto, en annan server på restaurangen rekommenderade oss all vår mat. (Lammet kotletter och skaldjur var vår favorit) FANTASTISK, vi måste komma tillbaka! Jag rekommenderar det till alla, de är också barnvänliga vilket var ett stort plus för oss!

Super snyggt inredda italienska medelhavsrestaurang. Effektiv och trevlig service. Huvudattraktionen är skaldjursråa tallrikar som skal och ostron. Jag tog ett halvdussin ostron och ragupasta och det var utmärkt. Bra vinlista. Kommer tillbaka med min familj.

Bra fisk och skaldjur , bra atmosfär , utmärkt service ( Jacinto exceptionell ) . Älskar tonfiskbiffen , havsabborren och desserterna !

Resa Mexico City från staterna, utformningen av utrymmet, maten och servicen var fenomenal. Miriam och Enrique var stor. Maten var fräsch och atmosfären var bra.
